This traditional cottage is bursting with charm and character with original wooden beams, exposed Welsh slate walls, stable doors, vaulted ceilings and wooden floor. As you enter through the stable doors you will immerse yourself in the delights of this fantastic property, the large open plan kitchen and living area is a great social space and finished to a high standard throughout. The spacious hand crafted wooden kitchen is well-equipped and the cosy living room has been lovingly furnished with focal wood burner, perfect to enjoy a good movie with a glass of wine. Each bedroom has been elegantly finished to a very high standard with a good night’s sleep in mind. Set near the small hamlet of Ponthirwaun and close to the historic market town of Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn, where you can find a plethora of restaurants, shops and a theatre. A visit to Cenarth Falls really is not to be missed and around a 5-minute drive, if timed well, you can see the salmon leaping up the falls which really is a fantastic sight. Nearby is the Welsh Wildlife Centre in Cilgerran, which runs along the banks of the River Teifi, made famous for coracle fishing.



Locally there is a host of beaches to discover with Aberporth, Poppit Sands and Mwnt beach all within a 30-minute drive and perfect for fishing, kayaking and canoeing. Take a walk along some of the 186 miles of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park footpath, just waiting to be enjoyed, and runs from Cardigan through to Amroth in the south. Try your hand at coasteering, surfing or paddle boarding, or take a boat trip to observe the dolphins and other wildlife.
