  • Welcome to your mountain retreat in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from downtown Carbondale. Perfectly located between Aspen and Glenwood Springs, this bright, open-concept home is an ideal basecamp for skiing, hiking, hot springs, and exploring the Roaring Fork Valley. Start your morning with coffee in the quiet backyard, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and return after a day of adventure to relax and recharge.

    Step inside to a bright, open living area filled with natural light from large windows. On clear days you can even catch partial views of Mt. Sopris, a beautiful reminder that you’re surrounded by Colorado’s mountains.

    The living room offers a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and a collection of games, books, and puzzles for relaxing evenings at home.

    The home sleeps up to six guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and bunk bed, making it perfect for families or small groups. The second bedroom offers another king bed and its own TV. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning so everyone can set a comfortable temperature.

    The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, and the dining table seats six. The local grocery store is just a two-minute drive away.

    The bathroom includes a jetted bathtub, perfect for relaxing tired muscles after skiing, hiking, or biking.

    Outside, the peaceful backyard and deck are great for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A park just one block away offers a playground and open space for a quick walk or for kids to burn off energy.

    Families will appreciate the pack-and-play and high chair, and longer stays are easy with an in-home washer and dryer. The home also includes a private driveway and garage for parking.

    Whether you`re returning from skiing in Aspen, hiking with views of Mt. Sopris, or soaking in Glenwood’s famous hot springs, this welcoming Carbondale home is a comfortable place to relax and recharge.

Great Carbondale Vacation Home

We stayed in Carbondale to visit Colorado Mountain College for our son. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is easy to find. It is close to the main road and is near many restaurants and a park.We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning drinking coffee and eating a bagel. Highly recommend the home for anyone planning to visit Carbondale.

Short but wonderful stay

House was wonderful, clean, and well supplied with all that we needed. It was in a beautiful and convenient area. House has great outdoor space, a wonderful open kitchen/living room area for relaxing and visiting and very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our overnight stay and hope to be able to enjoy it again for a longer stay.

This property is a great place to stay. The house was clean and organized upon arrival. The location is convenient to rivers, recreation areas and other towns and cities. James is responsive to messages usually taking one business day to answer my questions. If I had another opportunity to visit this part of Colorado I would stay here with my family again.
