"This would have been 4 stars with exception of final night where we spent 1 hour 15 minutes middle of night outside in street due to fire alarm. Onsite was unhelpful and multiple calls to customer service during emergency were unhelpful and even rude. My 16 year old daughter was one who got Milan ..."

"We had to left the apartment 20 minutes after arrival. There was an infestetation of croackarages and bed bugs. The bed sheets and the curtains were stain with blood spots and dirty. They offered us a new apartment and we checked it but it was worse. That property should not be advertised."
