• Damage deposit: A pre-authorization will be applied to your credit card and released after departure, provided no damage or additional cleaning is required.

• Pets are not permitted. A $250 penalty charge applies for violations.
• Minimum primary guest age to check in: 21 years
• A service fee per booking, and daily resort fee per guest per day applies to all reservations, and is included in the price you are shown at checkout. These fees cover Sunset Beach amenities (chairs, towels, and umbrellas), Wi-Fi, private parking, resort trolley access, and Bayview Pools. Children 12 and under are complimentary.
