SeaStar North Captiva, Private Pool, Near Beach

Sea Star is a exquisite new vacation beach home fully equipped and built to a high standard. The home is a spacious one story 1600 square foot open floor plan with raised ceilings for an extra spacious feel. This new home is tastefully furnished and setup with 4 TVs. The kitchen is a lovely well-appointed designer kitchen open to the living and dining areas - just perfect for entertaining. Each bedroom is spacious with luxuriously comfortable beds. The open deck looks down at the spacious pool surrounded by a smooth, cool paver pool deck. There are charcoal and gas grills for your convenience. North Captiva Island is accessible only by boat, and is golf cart, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic only. A new four-seater cart comes with your rental for licensed drivers only. Make Sea Star part of your next dream vacation!

This was a wonderful home to host our family on our vacation this Spring. It was clean and has a well stocked kitchen with every utensil and gadget you might possibly need. A huge plus for me are the bathrooms they were immaculate! Our on site house manager was extremely helpful and quick to respond. We had a couple of small hiccups during our stay, which are not even worth mentioning due to the swiftness in which the issues were resolved by our amazing house manager. We loved the pool area and the great room for gathering. The golf cart rides were great fun whether we were exploring, going to the beach, or visiting the manatees! A LOVELY community surrounds this home on North Captiva.We loved our home and our relaxing stay!

Minnesota Island get away

We loved our time at North Captiva. Being at Sea Star was a big part. House is well stocked for cooking. House well equipped for beach and pool activities. Super clean. Comfortable. Great location to beaches and Club. We will be back !

Great Stay

Communication was great from the moment we booked. All of our questions were answered quickly. Checkin was a breeze. Jen was very helpful. I think the interior is actually nicer in person than in the pictures. The kitchen is exceptionally well provisioned and well organized. We had everything we needed.

Amazing location, wonderful home

What a wonderful home for an absolutely stunning place for a beach vacation! Quiet, lovely and beyond relaxing! The house is so well put together and has everything that we needed for our vacation! The pool was fantastic, weather was great, and we couldn't be happier with our vacation!

A special place to make a lifetime of memories.

We are on island often (to check on our property) however, this was our first time staying at Melissa and Geoff's home, Sea Star, on Smugglers Drive. We love the floorplan of 3 bedrooms, one with ensuite and two with an interpretation of a Jack-and-Jill access bathroom to share between them. The space in the main area of the home allows for family and friends to gather and talk about their days adventures and the screened in lanai at the home's entrance is a relaxing place to sit to enjoy the evening breeze. The beautiful white privacy fence with gorgeous red hibiscus blooms bordering the pool create a tranquil space to float and relax while listening to the birds. Jenny and Gage are very attentive property managers. If If you reach out to them at any time they respond expeditiously. The home was very clean and supplies were available to sweep up sand and clean surfaces as required. Having supplies to keep the home clean is very much appreciated as we like to keep the home very clean throughout our stay. This was the first time we brought my mom to experience our paradise and she loved every minute of her time spent on the island. The home is a 2 minute golf cart ride to the special private beach entrance where you can spend time with your family collecting shells, swim in the ocean, meet new friends and enjoy beautiful sunsets every evening. We highly recommend staying at Sea Star. This home is a true North Captiva gem! The Hartle Family; Laura, Steve, Audrey & Ava

Amazing Beach House!

The house was beautifully decorated and had every amenity you would need. The pool was so much fun and the golf cart was nicer than any others we have had during previous trips to North Captiva. We loved every minute of our stay at Sea Star!
