Donax is ready to Welcome Guests! The beautiful townhome sustained very little damage from hurricane Ian. The small damage has been repaired and this Gulf Front townhome is ready for guests to enjoy the beautiful and open beaches of Captiva.

Sapphire blue water, white sandy beaches just steps from your front door and a luxury villa. Everything you need for the perfect friends and family vacation. Donax Beach Villa offers spacious rooms, rich colorful décor and comfortable living. Walk into the professionally decorated living room featuring expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico where you can relax to the waves while watching a spectacular sunset. The open floor plan easily flows into the dining area with seating for six. Beyond the dining area is a comfortable family room with large flat screen television and DVD player where you can lounge your nights away watching your favorite movie. The large gourmet kitchen has all you need to make the perfect meal or just heat up left overs. Have your morning coffee at the breakfast nook featuring sliding doors overlooking the beach. Get a full night’s sleep in the spacious master with king bed, flat screen TV and screened lanai with tropical views. Relax in the master bathroom spa tub, separate shower, double sinks and make-up area. The two large guest rooms on the second floor share a large bathroom and office area. The Gulf facing bedroom features windows with amazing views, a king sized bed and flat screened TV. The second guest room features a double bed, a twin bed, a WII and a private lanai with tropical views. Donax is the perfect vacation home.

Captiva Beach Villas is a four unit Gulf to Bay Complex. Complete with heated pool, hot-tub, gas grill, picnic area and boat dock. The dock has electricity, water and can accommodate a 26 foot boat. Please contact our office for dock fee.

Kingfisher Vacations will only book reservations up to 51 weeks in advance.
All our properties have contact free check-in, no need to stop at the office (or a stop light none of those here)!

Paradise

The Donax villa was amazing. The villa and grounds are beautifully maintained. The villa was spacious and exactly as advertised. You are literally steps to the beach which was gorgeous with warm turquoise waters. The pool area was beautiful. The property management even called to check on us during the week to make sure everything was going well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was so hard to leave this beautiful place.

We have already reserved Donax for 2023

This was our second year along this stretch of Captiva. The house is everything the pictures show, and this is the perfect spot along Captiva. Beautiful rental with a perfect view.

Close to Water

Beautifully decorated, well-equipped, no hassle entry. Although there is a road between house and beach, it is closer to the water than most houses behind dunes. Since there is no parking on the road, very few people on the beach. We were here last week of February, and there were no people to our left for half mile except for occasional sheii seekers! Beautiful pool and hot tub easily shared with 3 other units, most of the time we had both to ourselves. Around the corner from the Green Flash restaurant, we would have walked there but it would have meant returning in the dark and you have to walk along the road. But you can walk down the beach to the Mucky Duck, about half mile. A great break after getting vaccinated.

So perfect

The location was wonderful for our family, the pool and hot tub were added bonuses that made the stay nice. Great location to shops and beach we love the quiet end of the island. We loved it so much we we rented for next year!!

Beautiful Beach Villa!

We enjoyed our stay at the Donax Villa and Captiva Island so much. Everything was exactly as stated. Absolutely LOVED the beautiful Villa and perfect location right across the street from the beach. And Kingfisher Vacations was accessible and prompt.

Clean, close to beach, lots of room, great weather

Bedrooms roomy, lots of different common spaces (family of five, HS and beyond) Kitchen has tons of stuff, we cook in a bunch, well equipped (there is always one fry pan with loose handle, ever notice that?) Breakfast on porch, dinners at great table Beach right across road, we are beach folks, reading, walking, running...watched every sunset...beach chairs and little beach cart and coolers and umbrellas all high quality, no skimping at this place Bathrooms well done and spacious, we were not crowded at all Towels and pillows quality...this is just not a pretty picture, very nice place Pool and SPA great at end of day
