SANTA CLARA BEACH HOUSE is a NEW LISTING and is a luxurious, newly furnished 3 bedroom harbor front rental property located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on North Captiva Island. Positioned in a lush tropical setting with coconut palm trees and a private walkway to the harbor and to the Safety Harbor Wharf, Santa Clara's beachfront location is second to none for boaters and fisherman alike. Santa Clara Beach has its own private kayak and paddle board launch. In fact, Santa Clara has its own private bar and comfy low beach cushions underneath the house with a Nikki Beach type theme--a deco miami feel. With sleeping up to 6 people, Santa Clara Beach can host your next family vacation. There's plenty for kids and adults: Swim in your private clubhouse pool, play Ping Pong, and of course sit at your private beach access with the house's Beach Chairs! This harborfront paradise is reminiscent of a luxury beach resort in the Caribbean, without the need for a passport.

NORTH CAPTIVA ISLAND is a private island accessible only by boat or private aircraft. North Captiva is known for uncrowded, natural white sand beaches with incredible shelling and wildlife viewing. Two thirds of North Captiva is a state wildlife preserve, while one-third is lightly developed with vacation homes.

AN ADVENTURE AWAITS! Your on-island property manager and personal concierge, Tortuga Properties, will assist with the logistics of traveling to an island and help make the experience as stress-free as possible. Tortuga will assist selecting ferry boat options to North Captiva. You will be greeted upon your arrival by your Tortuga concierge and they will transport you and your luggage and groceries to Santa Clara Beach House (unless you requested the kitchen be pre-stocked--highly recommended!). Tortuga will give you an private tour of the island and help familiarize you with the amenities and intricacies in the house and will be a phone call or text away during your stay.

IT'S ISLAND TIME AT SANTA CLARA BEACH HOUSE! Everyday awaits a new adventure on North Captiva. Whether you choose to relax by the pool or beach, take a bike or kayak ride, go fishing, hike to the nature preserve, or just enjoying the gulf breeze on the porch - It’s all up to you! Beautiful home, perfect location for our family! We loved being on the harbor and having the kids fish with the kayaks provided. It was an easy golf cart ride or walk to Mango's and a quick ride to the beach. The views were absolutely amazing. Their decor and light fixtures were so neat too! We'd stay again next year.

My family & I stay at Santa Clara and we had nothing but a Great time (Super Fun) The house was super neat everything was on point, there’s was a little issue with the golf cart but right away they sent a gentleman name Jorge and he took care of it in minutes. Jorge helped us during the whole stay, he was nothing less then PERFECT I give the the house a 10 and Jorge a 10 Plus.

Great mommy-daughter getaway

Two moms and two daughters and a lot of great memories made over the six days we were there. The house was centrally located near the clubhouse, restaurants and beaches on the island, and the furnishings were very comfortable. We appreciated the responsiveness of the staff to our questions and requests. All in, a great getaway!

Perfect Island Rental for Boaters

Santa Clara was the perfect vacation rental for us. We visit the island frequently for the day but have not stayed overnight. Staying in a Safety Harbor home was definitely the best choice and renting through Tortuga Properties was a huge bonus! When booking, we also needed to arrange docking for our boat. Safety Harbor Club was the best option for overnight docking our 39’ center console. The largest slip in the Island Club is 31’. Safety Harbor has lay along docking on each end of the marina which is only available to residents and is first come, first serve. When renting a home, the homeowner/host will need to notify the club you’ll be using the dock and will provide you with a pass. Upon our arrival our Tortuga Properties concierge met us on the dock to assist us with our luggage. Santa Clara is perfectly located; directly next to the dock. From the home’s top floor, you can see the west side of the marina, giving us a visual of the boat and making it quick and easy to go back to the dock. Santa Clara’s location is not only convenient to the docks but it’s also located very close to the ferry stop in Safety Harbor, the Safety Harbor clubhouse pool and the Island Club pools/Mangos. Santa Clara has a golf cart available to use to go to the Safety Harbor Club beach and exploring the island. I would absolutely recommend this property and am confident that any other property Tortuga Properties is managing would also be a good choice as well. Our trip was 10/10!

Perfect Island Getaway

The Santa Clara on North Captiva is extremely well kept and beautifully and stylishly furnished with the perfect beach feel. The house had everything we needed and more. My family’s favorite spot was the screened in porch in the hammock overlooking the bay and marina. We had a blast playing pickle ball at the club, swimming in the pools, exploring the island on the golf cart and the beaches are so beautiful and private. We saw so many dolphins close to shore and soaked up the gorgeous sunsets. North Captiva is a truly peaceful getaway! They are working really hard on the island to clean up from hurricane Ian. Because of this, only 1 restaurant was open during our visit, so be sure to take plenty of food and drinks! The property management team was very helpful and responsive during our stay. If you are looking for a gem in paradise, this is it!
