    La Casa de Punta Captiva Norte fue construida por Barnacle Phil y su esposa Roberta Kinsey, en 1981. Una verdadera casa de playa clásica de Florida, cuenta con gran sala con cocina completa, "casa de literas" separado y amplios porches en todos los lados. De pie en una península privada a la entrada de Safety Harbor, cada dirección ofrece una vista espectacular del puerto, Pine Island Sound, Captiva Pass y más allá. Las vistas al este ofrecen el sol o la luna de levantamiento en vistas impresionantes. Las playas de arena blanca bordean el bosque de uvas de botón y mar que rodea la casa. Un muelle privado, protegido de aguas profundas proporciona a los barcos un puesto de atraque seguro. Pesca excepcional, observación de aves y la natación son un hecho. En el silencio de la noche, el delfín se puede oír 'respirar' mientras rodean el punto en busca de salmonete, pargo y otros alimentos.

    Simplemente no hay nada más como él.

I’ve stayed at the Point House numerous times and each time is just as amazing as the last! Its location makes it the best house on the island in my opinion. 10/10 would recommend!

Been staying here for years with some long-time friends for a week of fishing and hanging out. It never disappoints, even after 3 hurricanes in 4 years!

Great views all around the property! A little slice of upper captiva paradise. Very private and unique. Land is very pristine and the fish and wildlife appear super healthy. A boater’s and nature lover’s paradise! Saw tons of dolphins in families with babies and lots of manatees too. The bed by the way was so comfortable I want the mattress at my own home lol

Our family had an amazing stay at this cute little house. It was perfect for us. We will be rebooking and coming back again! Adore the point house and feel it's the best house on the island if you are looking for some peace and quiet and privacy.

Private Point

Our stay with family here was wonderful. The home is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. The 360 degree water views were amazing, the beach was huge and private. Our boys loved the “separate” bunk/kids house and my husband greatly appreciated the deep water dock for the boat. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely breathtaking! I couldn’t get enough of the views. Sunrises were beautiful and to watch the storms rolling across the water was definitely a sight to see! The house had everything you needed and was super relaxing! We will definitely be back! The host was also super responsive which makes this home even better! Thank you for a wonderful week!

House needs some major help

If you like rats in your bed this is perfect place for you . Also shower water smells like sprinklers. However it was affordable price and good location.

Best place to stay on Charlotte Harbor

This place is just awesome. The dock is perfect. It’s nicely decorated. It’s well equipped & has everything you need. I over packed. You don’t need to bring much!

Excellent rental on it’s own private peninsula at the tip of the island. You definitely need a golf cart to get around. Saw dolphin and manatee from the dock daily. Communication with the host was seamless. Beds could use a mattress upgrade. That’s the only fault I could find. Would 100% return.

Great place to stay and the fishing was phenomenal. Only problem that me and my family had were that there wasnt a grill for us to use. Also we weren't prepared about there not being much convenience on that island at all but we'll know better for next time!!!

Despite the devastation from the hurricane the house was in order. Fully stocked. Clean. Secluded with dolphins and manatees right out the window. Can’t wait to return!

We had booked this property for 5 days in March, 2017. We had a family illness/death and had to cancel our reservation within a few weeks of our planned arrival. Rebecca was very accommodating and gave us a generous refund under the circumstances.

This is our absolute favorite trip yearly! From before renovations to now. You get NO better views than this house. Ashton is a absolute dream to work with and you feel like you’ve got your own tiny piece of home while staying. Fishing is great, house is amazing. Nothing more you can ask for!!

So relaxing!

Thank you for sharing your property with us! We had magnificent views—- including a full double rainbow 😍 the space was comfortable and clean and perfect for a long weekend getaway. We were able to easily access our boat to spend time on Cayo costa, lunch on cabbage key and a dip in the pool at the N. Captiva club. We didn’t need to use the bunk house, but would be perfect if we brought the kids! Thank you!!

Amazing Property!!!

I'm in love with this property!!! The views in every direction are beautiful. I loved the wrap around porches. The house itself could use some updates but I would stay here again and again even with out the updates. The beds in the main house were soft & comfy. We stayed for a few days with our 3 young kids & our lab and my oldest said this was her all time favorite vacay she's ever been on. (She's been on alot of vacations). Amanda was the lady that checked us in, and she was super friendly and laid back. Thanks for an amazing vacation, can't wait to come back!

Esta muy linda la isla es súper relajante el lugar me pareció precioso el lugar se ven diferentes clases de animales marinos a la orilla de la playa la casa tiene una ubicación PERFECTA rodeados de playita por toda la casa está súper la casa. Se las recomiendo

Great Location

The property has wonderful views from the wrap around deck and having a dock for our boat was definitely a plus. I would say that not having an actual bedroom and somewhere to hang your clothes was a little inconvenient. Just know that this property does not offer a golf cart and the rentals were too pricey. I didn't notice that when I booked it. Other than that we had a good time.

Point House

We enjoyed the stay at Point House. While there are limiting things about this property, It is exactly what was needed. !sometimes the limits arent bad at all. The property was clean and as described. We will be back! Fantastic dock and access, This is a boaters PLACE!

Perfect!

The Point House exceeded our expectations in all ways. It was spotless, great kitchen, fabulous beds and pillows. But the deck was the best! To be surrounded by water was a dream, watching the boats go by was fun… but the best part was seeing and hearing the dolphins!!! I cannot wait to get back!
