“GOOD DAY SUNSHINE” offers Two Kings Bedrooms, One Children's Room with Two Twin Beds plus a Den with Pull Out Sleep Sofa, “Good Day Sunshine” sleeps up to six guests maximum. Please note access to the children's room is through the full size guest bathroom on the second floor. The Den or 4th sleeping area has a Pull Out Sofa, TV, Coffee Table and Full Size Washer and Dryer. All bedrooms have newer beds, and come with their own Smart TVs! The living room has a 60” Smart TV. Also, offering HIGH SPEED Internet!
"Good Day Sunshine" is a newly renovated, harbor view townhouse located on the amazing barrier Island of North Captiva. Accessible only by Boat or Private Plane, North Captiva Island is Truly Enjoyed by Golf Cart or Bike or Foot once "On Island". “Good Day Sunshine” is part of the fantastic Safety Harbor Club Townhouse Complex, which provides access to its' own Private Beach Access, Inground Heated Swimming Pool, Clubhouse, Tennis Courts, and Dockage that Guests can rent! “Good Day Sunshine” is newly renovated throughout with many modern touches. Most everything within this townhome has been updated with luxurious finishes.
“GOOD DAY SUNSHINE” is your home away from home with everything you need to fully enjoy your vacation, including a fully renovated and stocked kitchen ware for home cooked meals. Your rental comes with a 4 seater electric golf cart. Additional golf carts can be rented ahead of time for parties over 4 guests at Boat and Fun on North Captiva Island. Please book additional golf carts early!
If you are coming with your own boat or jet skis, the townhouse comes with a dock slip for an additional daily fee of $60 per day! There is high speed internet, a printer for your printing needs, a reverse osmosis system at Kitchen Sink (so you only have to bring your refillable water bottles), a washer and dryer, dishwasher, classic coffee maker, Keurig, and a countertop ice maker so you can have ice for a cooler at the beach! “Good Day Sunshine” also comes with all you would need to have fun in the sun: beach chairs, a beach umbrella, towels, beach toys, and two Kayaks with paddles. Propane Grill at Unit with Propane Provided.

We may be able to book as little as 5 or 6 night rentals during non peak season weeks, non holiday weeks, or around extended bookings, and well with more flexible check in and check out dates as available or if there is last minute availability! Please Note: Safety Harbor Community HOA allows 6 guests maximum and the HOA does not allow Guests to have animals in the rentals. This is an HOA Safety Harbor Community Rule not the Homeowners Rule.***Please also remember to purchase travel insurance for any stay.
NORTH CAPTIVA ISLAND is a private island community, and it is accessible only by ferries which run throughout the day, watercrafts or private aircrafts. There are no cars on North Captiva Island. On island transportation is via golf cart, walking, or by bicycle. North Captiva is known for uncrowded, natural white sugar sand beaches with incredible shelling and fishing and amazing wildlife encounters. The majority of North Captiva is a state wildlife preserve, while the remaining portion is residential and vacation homes.

Tortuga Properties will assist you upon your arrival, and they will transport you, your luggage, and groceries to Good Day Sunshine.
