Pool area was fantastic! Beautiful! Excellent amenities. Maintenance on home was very slack! Leak in ceiling has been going on for sometime, possible mold! Third day of stay septic tank backed up and flooded bottom floor!

Great house !

We really enjoyed our stay at Stayawhiles! The house was amazing! I wish we would have known that they had plenty of bench chairs, cooler and everything really you needed for the beach - as I would not have rented a thing and spent $260!! The kids loved loved the pool/slide and movie theater. Would recommend to anyone!

Family Time

The house is a 5 star. Property management responded quickly to our email on the shower door off track, pool light not working etc. However, the property management would state that the issue is forwarded to maintenance. Only issue visited was the shower door. We were told they would be back the next day to fix. Never came. Never heard from them. Customer service is the soul of a 5 start experience. Overall, the family had a great time. Just details were not addressed by maintenance or incomplete resolution.

Wonderful setting for a family vacation!

This home was a wonderful base for our stay on Captiva island. We were a group of 9 adults so the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms worked perfectly for our group. The proximity to the beach was fantastic, as well as the stock of beach accessories that were used daily. We spent most afternoons by the pool, the slide was a hit, and the lanai made for a little amount of bugs and some sun protection. The games/media room was great for evenings after dinner! Unsung hero of the trip was the ice machine! It was a great home!

Great property!

We loved this property, great location. Screened in porches and pool great to avoid the bugs. Would have loved to know ahead of time about option to use golf cart but was not evident in listing when I booked. Overall great stay.

Excellent location, lovely spacious home

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has great proximity to the beach. Very well appointed and comfortable. Any issues we had during stay (A/C, fridge, lightbulbs out) were quickly addressed and resolved.

Great location and space

The house is in a wonderful location and has plenty of room for 2 to 3 families. The highlights of the house are location, the pool, the screened-in side porch and the basement movie/game room. The kitchen was well appointed and we appreciated the many beach towels provided with the house.

Stay A Wiles should be called Stay 4ever

We loved this experience. The house was beautiful with plenty of space, conveniently located and had a wonderful screened in pool that everyone loved. Close proximity to the beach was a plus. We look forward to coming back next year.

Comfortable property

The property was good. We had older parents with us and the elevator was a must have. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a lower bed to get into so they were so happy. It’s got good spaces and was good for a group of family to stay. The beach is close. There were a few things not working and they took care of it ASAP.

Beautiful Luxury Home

This is a great house in a wonderful location. It is close to everything and has a ton of high end features. The property is well maintained but definitely had several things that didn't work properly like lighting and things that were broken and not fixed. Given the high cost of this property, it would be nice if lighting worked consistently and toilet seats weren't broken. Also, the rental company only provides one pool/beach towel per person. We felt like we were constantly having to wash or dry towels. When asked if they would provide more, they said no.

Stay A-Wiles

We had a wonderful time at this vacation house! The online pictures are very accurate and house is very well stocked. (From past experience at other rentals, I know to bring extra beach and kitchen towels.) We had a couple minor issues and the management team responded immediately. The only thing I would change is to have the deck area around the pool cleaned with a power washer and bleach.

Great home/location

We really enjoyed the home we stayed in on Captiva. It was a great location to get to the beach & restaurants but still away from crowds. Golf cart available for a fee was perfect! Property Mgt responded to any questions or concerns that we had. We had 13 in the home and gave us all plenty of space!

Vacation

The house was perfect for our group. We had an issue with the WIFI and Ryan responded quickly to fix it. Everyone loved the game room, pool, and hot tub. Beach chairs and supplies were perfect for the short walk to the beach.

Wonderful vacation

This was the perfect house for a 3 generation get together. Not only was it comfortable but there was something for everyone to do. The short walk to the beach was an added plus. Hope to be back there in the future

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed a week of absolute paradise at Stay A-Wiles. Our party of 15 (ages 4-75) was able to spread out and all have our own space. Every inch of the property was absolutely gorgeous! We enjoyed watching the iguanas sunning themselves in the trees outside the pool area, and cracking open fresh coconuts that fell from the palms! Even though there were houses close by, the landscaping made you feel like you were in a tropical jungle. We had to beg the kids to get out of the pool! It was sparkling clean and perfectly warm. The technology in the house was a little challenging to get figured out, even for our tech gurus. It would be helpful if there were clearer instructions on how to use it, but who needs television when you are in paradise! The beach was an easy, short walk even for those in our group with walking difficulties. It was so nice to have beach goodies (chairs, toys, 2 wagons, umbrellas) available to use. We enjoyed shelling and swimming on the beautiful, clean beaches. We saw pods of dolphins swimming several times while there. We cooked all of our meals in the home and had mostly everything we needed. It would have been nice to have a couple larger pots available for cooking for large groups. The grill was amazing and we enjoyed using it several times. We couldn't all sit around the table at once, but with the large breakfast bar and outdoor tables everyone found a spot! Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us, it truly was a perfect week!

What an awesome house.

This house was great for a family vacation, plenty of room for Parents, Kids, & Grandkids . The house had plenty of beach chairs, beach towels for all of us and two wagons to transport items to and from the beach. I would recommend a good pressure washing of the pool area, fix the fan for the grill.

Beautiful vacation home

My family and I enjoyed our 1 week stay at stay a wiles. It was beautiful and clean. The home had everything and more of what we expected.Ryan the property manager was always so fast at responding to my needs and so professional and nice. We definitely will be back.

problems

microwave in kitchen broke. didnt get fixed until last day. dishwasher in game room door will not lock shut. air condition units against wall on second floor so noisy guests didnt get good sleep. had repair guy come and check it out no change. trash pickup didnt come until thursday. one bedroom stayed at 62 degrees and not matter what you set it at it stay tht cold. rooms on second floor not cool enough.so we had nowhere to throw our trash. otherwise we loved the neighbor hood and house.
