"I will admit when I first saw the property I was a little skeptical however it is a older property it's been around in Williamsburg forever. In this day and age if you're paying $90 for a room you really cannot expect much but at least a clean room and that is what this Howard Johnson provided. I did not get to eat their breakfast but it's smelled good. "They had a lot of different places to eat in there and the food was good like I could go out to get something if I wanted it was very convenient. I didn’t like the parking I feel as though I should not have to pay $40 to park on a parking lot That already belong to them."

"The villa itself was great but the room wasnt as clean as I expect it to be. The amenities were good, the parking was east however the pool behind registration was growing what appeared to be black mold in the 2.5 ft end and it was gross. We found this to be unacceptable especially since we watched as a staff member checked the ph and totally ignored the overwhelming growth on the pool steps, sidewalls and under the edges. "

"The front desk staff and housekeeping was so pleasant. I loved every moment there. I was there on a surprise trip and they let me know where my brother-in-law and sister-in-law will be staying and they even told me when they arrived so we can collectively do the surprise. I will be coming back here again when I go to the area. "

"The hotel is room nice for the price range, and the lobby is great. Breakfast was awesome with scrambled eggs each day and alternating sausage or bacon and french toast or diced potatoes, and 2 waffle makers plus the standard continental breakfast options. The only pool (outside) looked a little green - but we never asked about it since we were using the "awake" portion of our day at Busch Gardens."

"Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked great. The breakfast was good concerning it was included. The hotel is located right in the middle of everything. I will definitely stay here again in the future. "

"The unit was beautiful and well-kept. There were plenty of parking options. The bed was comfortable, and the cable offered premium channels. The only thing the unit lacked was a stove. But, despite that, there were plenty of food options nearby."

"We stayed for 2 nights. Front Desk staff was extremely kind and courteous. Room was very comfortable. Easy access to everything in the area"

"From the first day, to the last day my experience with this hotel was everything I thought it would be and that’s excellent from customer service, cleanliness of my room to the breakfast was perfect. The only fault I seen was the indoor pool had to much chlorine in the pool and I could not see the bottom it was too mercury. Beyond the pool everything else was superb and perfect. Would definitely come back to this location."
