The Space:

This perfectly located, charming, and stylish  2 bedroom beach condo provides the perfect spot for you to enjoy your Capitola vacation.



Located across the street from the Capitola Wharf, and just a short stroll to the esplanade and main beach, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach house - one bedroom with a king size bed and one with two doble beds - and the loft upstairs has a queen size fold-out couch to accommodate up to 8 guests. One dog is allowed with the payment of a $50 non-refundable pet fee.



There are two decks to enjoy the beautiful ocean, wharf, and village views. This condo is located at the finish line to the world famous Wharf to Wharf race, and you can walk to all restaurants, shops, and cafes within one minutes stroll over the historic Stockton bridge.



There are two dedicated parking spots in a secure gated garage.

You will find unique gift shops, wine tasting rooms, galleries, apparel shops, surf shops, and more! Relax on the beach or get a little more adventurous and learn to surf or paddleboard during your stay, you can even rent a boat to explore the bay.
