A lovely clean, bright room with plenty of provisions. Very friendly staff. Evening meal was great. Everywhere looked well-maintained. The upgrade room was the icing on the cake. Thank you so much. 😁

Holiday Inn Colchester by IHG
The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Jess on reception was really helpful as was one of the male staff in the restaurant in particular, I think his name was Adam, but I am not sure. Sadly the pool was shut for maintenance.

We had a great stay, the apartment was done beautifully! Great location, it was perfect for visiting friends and family. The only issue we had was that one night we had neighbours who were either REALY loud or the walls are very thin. Thankfully they were only there for one night. Apart from that ...
