• 5-bedroom 6-bathroom villa situated over 3 levels with access to the different levels via stairs

• Upper level has bedrooms 1-4 all en-suite.

• Middle level has all the living areas, a study, a guest toilet, as well as the pool.

• Lower level with outside stairs and a separate entrance has bedroom 5, en-suite

• Additional study is in another building up a flight of stairs with full bathroom

The Neighborhood:

Camps Bay is the darling of Cape Town nestling against the mountain with the bluest of ocean in front. Go for hikes in the mountains and see the spectacular views from many different angles. The beach area is called "the strip" and is host to a variety of famous and excellent restaurants and bars with a buzz of fame and fortune. This truly is the playground of the rich.



Getting Around:

Walk everywhere and use Über black for further excursions.



Other Things to Note:

We would love to host you, but before securing your booking with us, please ensure that all the guests (over the age of 18 years) staying with you at the villa have read and agreed to sign our Conduct Agreement prior to arrival. We do not allow any parties at our property and are very strict regarding this clause.
