The Space:
The penthouse’s standout feature is its private rooftop oasis, complete with a shimmering pool, sun deck, and entertainment area—perfect for soaking up the sun by day and enjoying golden-hour gatherings as the sun melts into the horizon.

Inside, the penthouse is designed with both comfort and style in mind. The open-plan living area is bathed in natural light and flows effortlessly onto a spacious terrace, ideal for relaxed outdoor dining or simply unwinding to the sound of the waves. The fully equipped kitchen, dining space for eight, and cozy lounge with smart TV make it easy to feel at home.

Three beautifully appointed bedrooms accommodate up to six guests. The master suite, with its king-size bed, air conditioning, and generous storage, opens to ocean views and includes a luxurious en-suite bathroom with both a bath and shower. The second bedroom also faces the sea and features a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with twin beds. A second full bathroom and an additional guest toilet ensure convenience for all.

The exclusive rooftop level elevates the experience even further, offering a private pool, fridge, and an additional shower and guest toilet—making it a perfect space for entertaining or simply enjoying the views in total privacy.

This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!

Getting Around:
The MyCiti connects you to the Waterfront, CBD and beaches beyond. The famous red "hop-on hop-off bus" also stops at the Waterfront and is a great way to explore our beautiful city on your first day.

Taxis and Uber also readily service this area. If you do decide to hire a car there is secure underground parking dedicated to the apartment.
