This property maintains a rigorous visitor policy: only registered guests, up to a maximum of ten individuals, are permitted on the premises at any given time.

This villa has a strict 'no parties' policy and no unneighbourly noise after 10pm.

The alarm MUST be activated when the property is unoccupied or the guests retire to bed.

This property has scheduled garden and pool services which come in late mornings at the weekend. Unfortunately, these cannot be re-scheduled.

The AC in the villa only has a cooling function, heaters are provided.
