+++ AMENITIES: In the spacious kitchen-living area, you can cook to your heart's content as it is equipped with an oven, a steam cooker, ceramic hob, non-stick pans, and other kitchen appliances, along with a 355-liter refrigerator. The dishwasher takes care of the washing up afterward. There is also a washing machine integrated into the kitchen.

+++ AIR CONDITIONING: There is air conditioning in the main room to keep the apartment pleasantly cool.

+++ RELAXATION: Heated pool with lounging options on the side roof, offering views of Green Point Stadium and the Atlantic. Netflix account with a large Samsung TV (65 inches). Private balcony with 7 square meters and a view of Signal Hill (quiet at the back).

+++ SECURITY: A very secure building with video surveillance and a check-in counter. Private covered parking on the ground floor with an elevator to the 5th floor where the apartment is located.

+++ POWER SUPPLY: The building is equipped with a generator, so even during power outages ("load shedding"), the exterior lighting, security doors & cameras, and the elevator will function. Unfortunately, load shedding can occur in the apartment. However, there is a power station that allows the use of WiFi, etc.

+++ LOCATION: Centrally situated in Greenpoint, opposite the over ten-hectare Green Point Park, open daily (7 am to 7 pm, free), reachable in under two minutes through the East Gate. Ideal for jogging, picnicking, or relaxing with a book on the grass. The park also features a playground and a cafe, and it is monitored and very safe. Also nearby are the Metropolitan Golf Club (9 holes), Virgin Active gym (with Paddle and Tennis Courts), and the Cape Town Stadium, where the 2010 World Cup was held.
