Cocoon has been designed for a couple or small family seeking a luxe home-away-from-home space. It offers digital nomads the flexibility to work remotely, with every convenience a stone's throw away.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the apartment during their stay as well as the gym and pool areas. We are equipped for self check in, but will also gladly meet you for check in.

FAIR ENERGY USAGE POLICY

Stays of 1 week or longer are subject to fair energy usage limits, in line with our sustainability commitment and to help us maintain the discounted rates offered for longer stays. Please feel free to enquire if you have any questions or concerns.



OCCUPANCY

A maximum of 2 adults will be accommodated in this apartment. The sleeper sofa can accommodate up to 2 children 6-16 years. Children under 6 are not allowed in this unit due to the balconies, which may pose safety risks.



BOOKING POLICY

We reserve the right to decline booking requests from guests with ratings below 5*. This is to ensure excellent accommodation experiences for future guests and comply with building regulations.



Kindly note that we do not accept third party bookings without prior consent in writing. We will request identity information for third parties and may request guest verification.



DATA SHARING AND PROTECTION

To ensure the safety and security of guests, we will require some information from you, including a copy of your ID or passport. Please contact us for details on our data protection and privacy approach. We will gladly explain how we keep your information safe.



RULES

Smoking is not allowed anywhere at this property. Guests contravening this rule will be fined R5,000 and be liable for any additional cleaning and repair costs incurred.



We reserve the right to immediately cancel reservations of guests breaking our house rules, including smoking, holding parties, overcrowding our property, or behaving disrespectfully towards our staff. In this case, guests will forfeit payment for unused nights.



ANIMALS

Some residents in the complex keep pets, however they will not have access to your space and you are very unlikely to encounter them during your stay.



Interaction with Guests:

We will be available to assist with any questions, concerns and issues during your stay. We will remain available on Airbnb, but are also available via mobile messaging and email.
