city. Ideal for a couple with a child, the sleeper couch provides more
flexibility. The dining area and living room open onto the balcony with
outdoor furniture and amazing sea views. The windows let in abundant
natural light with the living space. This space is also perfect for the
travel and work person, making it the perfect space to enjoy one of the
best climates in the world while easing onto some work.
There is a natural flow through the unit, with the kitchen and lounge
taking center stage in this intimately crafted space. The kitchen is
fully equipped with appliances and it opens up to an outdoor courtyard
space for relaxation.
There is secure parking on-site for your convenience.

single vehicle on the premises. Visitors can also use the floating
bays outside the complex or use streetside parking.

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to
themselves.
Other things to note
For stays longer than 8 days, a weekly mid-stay clean is offered. We
can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at
an additional cost, if required.
Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are
provided.
