The Space:
Unit is located on the 3rd floor and building does not have an elevator.

Strictly no smoking, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, hookah pipes, cannabis or vaping devices. A severe fine will be levied for any transgressions.

Rates for 2025/26 have been significantly reduced due to ongoing construction next door to the property. The construction noise levels may vary from extremely noisy to completely quiet, and we cannot provide any guarantees regarding this. By accepting the rate and proceeding with your booking, please be aware that no further compensation will be offered upon arrival or during your stay due to the construction. – Sep 2024

This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!

Important: The property manager for this property is delighted to inform you that this property is protected by TRUVI. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by TRUVI directly to verify yourself and finalise the process. In the unlikely event that TRUVI is unable to provide the necessary damages cover, you would be required to provide a large physical damages deposit prior to arrival. Getting Around:
MyCiTi is Cape Town’s modern, scheduled bus service, and an easy way to get around the city. Current routes link the Airport and central Cape Town with Camps Bay and Clifton, all you need is your Myconnect card preloaded with money, which you can do at any MyCiti station or select retailer. Alternatively, one of the easiest ways to get around is by Uber. Just download the app on your smartphone, register, and start using it straight away. The best part is that you register yourself with your credit card details, so you don’t need to always have cash on you to be able to catch a ride.

Great location!

We were pleasantly surprised and very happy with the accommodations at 16 Fir. Views are amazing and the location is superb. A couple of things that could improve the experience and make it 5 star. Bedding needs to be softer. Shower splashed all over the wood sink counter causing it to welp. Bathroom could use better bath matts. All the lights need to be on dimmers. Sheer curtains for the bedroom for privacy so you don't have to pull the blinds down and block all the light.
