There are two full bathrooms along with an outdoor shower. The property has a nice fenced-in backyard with a covered back porch, brick pavers, a picnic table with an umbrella and a gas grill. There are also two eating areas inside the house for your convenience. The third bedroom/sunroom off of the kitchen has sliding barn doors for privacy, a queen size sofa bed and sliders to the back porch. The laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer. We recommend Linen Ladies as a service for linens and towels, if needed, as we do not supply them. All linens and towels are provided by the renter (ask about a promo code). The Lobster House, Dry Dock, C-View Inn, Lucky Bones, Wawa and the scenic harbor with the Fishermen's Memorial are all within walking distance.
