  • Acogedor condominio en el centro de Cape May. 2 habitaciones 1 1/2 baños. Convenientemente ubicado a la playa, tiendas, restaurantes y más. A solo 3 1/2 cuadras de la playa ya solo una cuadra del centro comercial Washington Mall. Pase sus días de vacaciones de verano tomando el sol, chapoteando en el océano o mirando a los delfines divertirse. Es ideal para un grupo de amigos, parejas o familias pequeñas. Damos la bienvenida a tus perros!

    Este condominio de 2 habitaciones está en el segundo piso de nuestra casa histórica (originalmente construido en 1875). ¡Muchas comodidades modernas como WiFi y aire acondicionado! Tendrá acceso a nuestro camino compartido. Suficiente para estacionar sus dos autos.

    Subiendo las escaleras de la puerta principal hay una acogedora sala de estar con colores tranquilos, pisos de madera y techos altos. El cómodo sofá y el sofá de dos plazas ofrecen un amplio espacio para que toda la familia se siente y hable o vea una película en el televisor de pantalla plana. Además de un comedor con capacidad para 6. HDTV de pantalla plana con Roku para su uso (lo siento, no hay cable).

    La cocina está bien equipada con nevera, microondas, horno y lavavajillas. También cuenta con lavadora y secadora. Muchas otras comodidades como una cafetera, licuadora, tostadora, platos, cubiertos, vasos, ollas y sartenes, etc.

    El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, vestidor, un armario empotrado. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y 2 vestidores. Duerme 4.

    Nueva parrilla de gas y mesa de picnic para su disfrute al aire libre ubicado en el patio trasero hacia el garaje.

    ¿Mencionamos que damos la bienvenida a tus perros? Tampoco queremos dejar el nuestro cuando viajamos.

    Circa1875: ubicado en una calle tranquila del distrito histórico. A un corto paseo de la playa, la ciudad, las tiendas, los museos, los increíbles restaurantes y el entretenimiento nocturno.

    POLÍTICA DE MASCOTAS (Solo perros, lo siento, no gatos):
     Máximo de 2 perros. El alquiler por mascota es de $ 150 adicionales por perro. Se aplican reglas simples para mascotas. Llame para mas informacion.

    * Traiga sábanas y ropa de cama o haga arreglos para alquilarlas a través de Linen Ladies.

    * No se permiten eventos familiares de más de 6 asistentes en las instalaciones según las regulaciones de Cape May.

Fabulous location, just a few blocks to the beach, steps to the mall and directly across the street from a sensational French restaurant (try it!). Hosts were friendly and helpful and we really appreciated the chance to take our dog on vacation, too!

Fantastic location and lovely property. Property manager was informative and very helpful. Perfect location for those who are interested in being close to all the action and stores/restaurants. Icing on cake was we could bring our small dog. Would stay again!

We spent a wonderful week at Michael's apartment in Cape May. Conveniently located a block from Washington Street Mall and an easy walk to the beach. The apartment was comfortable and nicely furnished. There was a problem with the washing machine but Michael paid for our costs at the laundromat and provided a generous added refund for our trouble. A great stay!

weekend getaway

The property was conveniently located within walking distance of the Washington Mall and some restaurants. The area was quiet. The unit was clean and nicely kept. There was plenty of room for us and would have been plenty of room for another 2 guests. We will definitely remember this location for future stays in Cape May.

Quick Getaway

Just what we needed. A place to sleep and easy access to everything. Special plus - off street parking. Bedrooms are large and deck in front was nice. Despite rainy weather, because it is partially covered, we could still enjoy sitting on the deck.

Easy, breezy stay!

Place was great overall! So many rooms and in an awesome location with parking! The only minor issue was the shower stall floor not being spotless. But that’s an easy fix though, and there’s a separate tub — so all good!

Wonderful stay in Cape May

Apartment had everything we needed. We loved having our did with us. He is part of the family. Location could not be better. It was very clean. Layout was a little quirky but that is to be expected with older properties. All of Cape May seemed to be within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect girls weekend getaway

This location is perfect for a girls' weekend getaway. We went in mid-October so we were more interested in the shopping & restaurants than the beach. This place did not disappoint. It's a 2 min walk to Washington St. shopping. The house is an older house, so understanding that before you get there is important. Tons of charm.

Great Location Stay in Cape May

My husband and I stayed at this cute little place for a few days vacation in Cape May. I have to say that October might be my favorite time of year at Cape May. The weather was beautiful and it wasn't crowded at all. The house was perfectly located on Washington Street so we were able to park the car on the property and walk everywhere we needed to go. It was fun to see the shops and neighborhoods decorated for fall and Halloween. The neighborhood was quiet. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. We look forward to returning again!

Not good at all- owners did not respond to communications - the lock barely worked (you had to pull the door in tight for it to latch or unlatch)- the kitchen and bathrooms were un air conditioned - the hot water took about 5 minutes to warm up - window blinds were filthy- mattress squeaked- pretty much everything was very very very poor

Great location

The location was excellent - close to mall and beach. Easy to walk everywhere. Owner is responsive. I loved that my dog was welcome and there were newer appliances. Note that there is no fence. The big negative for us was the noise and unfortunately we did not have one good night sleep. Old home with old windows that rattled all night in wind and sounded like someone moving furniture. My husband tried to put a wedge in to help. Also, they are currently building across the street so be prepared for construction starting about 7am. (I recommend sleeping in the interior bedroom.)
