The pool is professionally maintained typically on Fridays, from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
The exact timing may vary due to weather or scheduling, and we may not be able to notify you in advance.
The pool technician will not enter the home and will be on-site only briefly to service the pool.
This routine service is necessary to ensure the pool remains clean and safe for your use. Your privacy and comfort are important to us — please don’t hesitate to message us with any concerns.

The pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.


LAWN MAINTENANCE NOTICE
To keep the property looking its best, lawn maintenance is scheduled every other Monday.
Please note that the lawn crew may arrive at any time throughout the day, and unfortunately, we are unable to provide an exact arrival time in advance.
The crew will not enter the home and will be on-site only briefly to perform lawn mowing.
Your privacy and comfort are important to us — please don’t hesitate to message us with any concerns.

This unit is dog-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend along!
You'll love that the nearby beach is also dog-friendly, making it the perfect spot for walks, playtime, and soaking up the sun together.
There’s even a dedicated dog park at the beach where your pup can enjoy some off-leash fun.
If you plan to leave your dog alone in the unit, please make sure they are in a crate that you bring with you (this is required only if your dog will be left alone).
Please note: A one-time $50 pet fee applies per stay.
Dogs must be under 90 lbs.
Sorry, no cats allowed.

Guests can use entire house except owners closets- it had sign owners closet on it
No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

-Age Requirement: Primary guests must be 25 years or older.

🐾 Pet Policy:
▪️Dog-friendly unit (dogs under 90 lbs only)
▪️$50 one-time pet fee per stay
▪️Dogs must be crated if left alone in the unit
▪️No cats allowed

-No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the house. A fine of $500 will be imposed for any violations.

-Local residents are not eligible for instant book and host have a right to cancel reservation to prevent possible parties, if you are local -please send direct message prior to booking.

-check out time is at 11 am,
if guests are late -30 min-till 1 hr, 50 dollars fee can be charged,
1hr-2hrs- half of the daily basis rate will be charged
2hrs+ full daily basis rate will be charged with no right of possession of the property or occupying it for another night

-all primary guests should have valid phone number for communication.

-Undeclared guests, exceeding max occupancy limit are subject for daily fee 50 dollars per day per extra person and subject to removal from the property if not
discussed with owner prior check in

- If guest have any complaint about the property amenity or something isn't working properly, guest must provide access to owner or owner's contractor in order for the
owner to fix the problem.

-extensive cleaning beyond normal cleaning- will be charged additionally- 100 dollars, example - a lot of trash, dirty dishes, trash at the pool area.

- guest should provide access to pest control if needed - pest control comes once a month, spraying outside as preventative measure, guest will be notified.
- guest should coop with landscaping company and provide access to mown lawn, since their schedule is changing week to week, host doesn’t know exact day landscaping service will be done.
-guests should placed dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on before check out.

-Quite hours:
Please Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 pm till 8 am. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with families and small children living nearby.










Pool Rules:
-No stepping or diving on the platform/cover at the back of the pool, it's grey colored aluminum, not made for walking, please keed kids away of that
- do not touch pool cover, walking or playing with it
-do not touch pool equipment or remote control

-No Diving: Diving is strictly prohibited in the pool.


-Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times when in or around the pool area.
- guests are responsible for bringing their own life vests for children
- No Running , no rough housing, no pushing, no breath holding, no yelling/screaming, no peeing, no bombing in or around the pool area.
- No Glass Containers
are allowed in the pool area to prevent breakage and injuries.
Please take plastic cups/plates from the kitchen.
- Please shower before entering the pool to maintain cleanliness.
- No Lifeguard on Duty:
Swim at your own risk;

Pool Hours:
Pool usage is permitted from [8am till 9 pm or sunset, whichever occur first]
Cleaning company will clean the pool- it’s usually Monday and Thursday during the season- Memorial Day through Labor day.
guest should coop with pool company and provide access to pool at the time of cleaning, no matter what day they will come.
Guests should not try to adjust any temperature of the pool on their own, nor touching any pool equipment located in the backyard outside closet and outside close to the gate.




Please report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them promptly.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without a refund. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
