17 Jefferson St .: Esta hermosa casa de la época victoriana de 6 habitaciones y 2. 5+ baños se encuentra a solo 4 casas de la mejor playa familiar de Cape May y a un corto paseo de sus mejores tiendas y restaurantes. Cuando no estés en la playa, disfrutarás del amplio porche de la casa con sus siete mecedoras, una hamaca y grandes vistas del océano. La casa tiene capacidad para 15 y tiene un camino de entrada con aparcamiento en la calle para 4-5 coches (!)

Compramos la casa en la primavera de 2010 y hemos invertido mucho en renovaciones y muebles nuevos para hacer de este un excelente alquiler, más de $ 400,000 hasta la fecha. Prácticamente todas las áreas de la casa han sido renovadas, por dentro y por fuera. A pesar de todos los cambios, nuestro objetivo era mantener la apariencia de 1901 de la casa.

Al mismo tiempo, hemos tratado de hacer que la casa sea lo más cómoda posible para nuestros huéspedes. La cocina está bien equipada. El juego, rompecabezas, biblioteca también está bien surtido. Hay televisores de calidad (3), wifi de alta velocidad para transmisión, reproductores de DVD Blu-ray (con una bonita biblioteca de DVD) y un paquete de cable premium. Hay un altavoz bluetooth Bose en la sala de estar para escuchar música. Mantenemos muchas sillas de playa, sombrillas y juguetes de playa para que todos los usen.

Los invitados deberán traer sábanas, fundas de almohadas, toallas y toallas de playa para su visita. Hay un buen servicio de ropa en la ciudad (Sea Dreams), si es más conveniente.

Our family LOVED this home. Highlights were the porch with all the rockers and the closeness to the beach. We have suffers so being able to set up and watch both our surfers and our boogie boarders was great.We have been coming to Cape May every two years during late July. If we can make it in 2027 getting that house again would be wonderful. However, Nana and Oompa are in their early 80s and the grandkids are graduating college so we don't know how many more years we can all gather. Thanks for sharing your home.

Beautiful stay, perfect location!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, updated, and clean with great amenities and decor. The porch rockers and hammock were perfect for relaxing. The location is right by the beach and fun restaurants/shopping. Check-in was a breeze and Blair was great with communication. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Cape May Christmas Parade Weekend

My family and I came down to Cape May this year for the tree lighting and Christmas parade and we could not have been happier with our stay here. The house was big enough to accommodate 9 adults and 4 small children and was simply beautiful inside. Very tasteful and clean, I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed staying here!

Perfect Fall Getaway

We have been going to Cape May for over 30 years and love to visit during different season. Our daughter was married in Cape May last year, and my in-laws from California had such a great time, that we met again in Cape May this November. This was the perfect house for my family of seven. The porch was wonderful, and the house had everything we needed. There were plenty of rooms (bedrooms and bathrooms), lots of board games, proximity to the beach for morning walks, sunsets, and shell collecting, and a very easy walk to Washington Street stores.We also got lucky with beautiful weather! Finally, Blair was super responsive and timely with responses. We got to Cape May about an hour early and were able to immediately check in. We also were able to stay until noon when checking out. Lucky us! I would totally visit again. Maybe in the summer next time….

Perfect location and amazing house

The house was roomy, updated, and very clean! Had a large group of ladies in for girls weekend and everything was amazing! The front porch was incredible and so roomy we sat 12 comfortably! 2 minute walk to beach and 10 minute tops to the shopping! So many great amenities ! Each bedroom had its own temperature control and unit!! Definitely recommend!

Amazing home

We had a wonderful stay with our children and grandchildren in this beautiful vacation home. It’s just steps to the beach and we were able to easily walk to Washington Mall for shopping and restaurants. We spent every night sitting on the rockers on the front porch. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home with our children and grandchildren. It is in a perfect location to walk to the beach or into town. OUTSTANDING!

17 Jefferson is perfect on every level. The owner has maintained the property with meticulous detail! The house is bright, cheerful and filled with natural light and spotlessly clean. As soon as you walk in the front door, it is evident that the owners take great pride in their home. The location can not be beat... 1/2 block to the beach. You can see the ocean from the front porch. We never used our car during our week stay. We easily walked every evening to dinner and Washington mall. The house comes with everything that we needed... kitchen was VERY well stocked, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, lots of puzzles, games, books, DVDs. A highlight was the front porch with enough rockers for all of the adults (8 of us) and a hammock. Game changers for us were the ample parking in the driveway- we were able to fit 4 Large cars - and the wonderful outdoor shower! The owner was EXTREMELY attentive to my questions and any need, responding very quickly and so very eager to make sure that our stay was the absolute best -- and it was! This was our second visit to this beautiful home... and our family decided to now make it a yearly family tradition- bringing us all together in Cape May at 17 Jefferson!

Perfect location and home

Wonderful house soo close to beach and bars!

We had a wonderful experience working with the owner! Blair was extremely flexible and responsive before, during, and after our stay. The house was beautiful - perfect for a mixed group of 22-55 year old women to stay for an off-season beach getaway! The beach was very close, and we were within a 10ish minute walk to all the bars and restaurants! Also, the owner was thoughtful about little things - for example, NJ doesn’t have bags at the grocery stores and the house had a bunch of re-usable ones we could take with us when shopping. Overall, we had a great experience. Thanks so much!!

Back in time with all its beauty intact - best description of this home. Every amenity for our modern time and comfort. Beautiful and cozy

We had a great stay. The house was beautiful and clean and was a short walk to Washington street. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes we needed and we had plenty of space for a large group to eat together and hang out in the living room. The house has a warm cozy feeling and wasn’t drafty for our December trip. Would love to stay here again!
