Look at our UPGRADES this Winter. One block from the beach

  • Venga a hospedarse en nuestra casa recientemente renovada. Ubicada en 824 Stockton Avenue, esta casa de tres mil pies cuadrados fue completamente renovada de arriba a abajo, manteniendo la apariencia encantadora de la casa de 1800. Todo esto a solo una cuadra de la playa con vista al mar desde el dormitorio del tercer piso. También está a pocos pasos del centro comercial peatonal en el centro de la ciudad.

    Nuestra casa tiene seis habitaciones, cuatro con camas queen size y dos habitaciones con dos juegos de literas más un futón en cada una. Hay dos paquetes y jugadas que se pueden mover de una habitación a otra según sea necesario. Cada habitación está conectada a un baño y todas las habitaciones con camas queen size tienen baños privados. Hay seis baños completos en total.

    La cocina con encimeras de granito, gabinetes de cerezo y todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, incluido un rango de 40 '. En el tercer piso hay una barra húmeda completa con mini refrigerador. La casa también tiene un sistema de intercomunicación y un sistema estéreo central que está conectado a cada habitación. Hay varios televisores de pantalla plana, ventiladores de techo y una lavadora y secadora de alta capacidad en el segundo piso. Cada habitación tiene múltiples puntos de conexión a Internet de alta velocidad, así como Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad en los tres pisos.

House layout was awesome! Much bigger inside than the photos. The bunk bed rooms are all on the third floor and share a jack and Jill bathroom.

Great house!

The modern updates inside the house were great, while still keeping the Victorian look outside. Short walk to beach & shops. Would stay here again

We have vacationed in Cape May three different times and my family all agrees this was the best house yet. It was close to the arcade and mini golf and only one block from the beach! That was a huge plus! The big kitchen and dining area was great! We set the food up on the bar area and everyone was able to serve themselves and eat at the big table. We had 14 in our group; 7 adults and 7 kids. There was 4 queen bedrooms and 2 bunk bed rooms. Overall, a great vacation!

Great house for our family vacation! Perfect location for Cape May. Short walk to the beach and easy walk to restaurants and shops. The house was clean and had modern updates, but still had the Victorian features we love about Cape May

Fantastic house in a great location. Extremely clean and Dev was a great communicator. Would absolutely stay again.

The host was great- got back to me very quickly. The house was great for 14 of us, from 11 years old to 81 years old. There were 6 beach chairs and an umbrella for use as well as a boogie board. There were two coffee machines- regular drip and a Keurig. There was also a counter ice maker which came in very handy. The aesthetic of the house could use some work- the porch ceiling and siding was peeling. The water pressure was not good. But overalll it is an awesome house for a large group and the beach, mini golf, ice cream, restaurants and shops are all so close!!

Cape May Christmas

The rental process was simple, the owner responsive right away. The home is beautifully appointed and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It was a perfect size for our large family and very kid friendly. The mattresses were SO comfortable and all the bathrooms were just beautiful. Can’t say enough about this home and hope to get back there next year.

Wonderful Annual Vacation

We had a very fun time because we were together , 9 family members. The house was very close to the beach which was beautiful and the weather was great. The house was good for the most part. There were some issues with the garbage disposal not working and water pressure but we managed.

The house could have been in better shape. Never did get all the TV’s to work properly. Showering for more than 2 guests at one time was an issue on day one. Some guests had no water.
Rust and mold in multiple spots in multiple rooms.

Fabulous location

We had a wonderful time and location of house is perfect...close to all things...beach, shopping etc. Had a few glitches as tv sound system is very complicated and never did get some of the tv working. Outdoor shower didn't work. Great porch sitting and comfy beds. Wonderful bathrooms and house was well stocked.

House was great

Nice and spacious house for a large group. Kitchen has a great big table and is a great place to congregate. Please note that sheets and towels are not included. It states this in the rental agreement but makes no mention of it in the property description. Overall great house, great location. 1 block from the beach and walking distance to the market.

Great location!

Had my daughters bachelorette party here. 14 adults and everyone fit comfortably. Perfect location to shops and restaurants. Beach very close however we did not go. Would definitely recommend this house if looking for a nice getaway to have fun! Dev was very quick to answer any questions we had!

Great place

Had a really good time at the house. Very close to the beach and all things to do. House was clean and as advertised. Owner communicated well and even let us check out late because there was not another family coming in same day after us. Really great bonus.

Fantastic house close to everything !

A very clean spacious modern house with a short, one block walk to the beach and about a ten minute walk to the Washington Mall area. Great location and house is bigger than pics show ! Very nice large front deck . Cooking is also very easy in this house with a well appointed kitchen. Had a great time!

Great location

This house was lovely for our extended family. We were 14 in total. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked (we found some toys in the couch). But overall, a fantastic place. Kitchen was terrific, number of bathrooms was perfect and the washer and dryer were spot on, Great location as well. We love Cape May!

Great location and good facility for adults and children. Several toilets did not work properly, and AC controls were did not work as well. All else was good.

Excellent property

The property is as listed. Every bedroom has a bath and a tv. Kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and is perfect for a large group with counter seating and a huge table. Just a block from the beach and short walk to the Mall area.

Wow!

This house had it all - great family home with plenty of bunks for the kids and bedrooms for the parents. Very close to the beach, with plenty of showers to go around. Large kitchen with enough seating for everyone. Easy walk to the Mall, shopping and eating. Gas grill in the yard made for easy dinners. Very enjoyable stay.

Great Place and Great Location

Renovated Victorian home a block from the beach and walking distance to downtown. Amazing location. Tons of sleeping space and bathrooms. Large kitchen, living room and wrap around deck. Bring sheets, towels and TP. Acme is also a 5 minute drive for groceries. Parking is greet parking, so if you have a large group, good to pull up and unload and then go find a space.

Large, beautiful house

This house is exactly as described. it’s large and bright. Each bedroom has a connected bathroom and there is a bathroom with a shower on the first floor. We rented out linens from The Linen Ladies, so we didn’t have to lug our own linens to the house. You can rent towels from there as well. The house is deceiving from the outside because it looks smaller than it is. it was a wonderful surprise when we entered and saw how big it is. Everything is in walking distance.

Great house! Great location!

What a great family vacation we had at this beautiful home! We had 4 different families coming together for our annual vacation and this was one of our favorite places to stay! The 4 master bedrooms were beautiful. The beds were comfortable the rooms and bathrooms very spacious. The bunk rooms were perfect for all the cousins to hang out and plenty of beds to sleep. We had lots of fun around the huge kitchen table. The location was perfect. You can walk to everything - beach, restaurants, shopping, ice cream, arcade and more. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great stay!

Awesome house with a great location. Just be sure to bring sheets, towels, and toilet paper as they are not included and it doesn’t really list that anywhere. I luckily saw a previous review that mentioned it!
