Our property is located just 4 blocks from the beach and Washington St Mall. Street is very quiet. This is a 2nd floor unit WITH OFF STREET PARKING!!!! NO METER FEEDING OR FIGHTING FOR A SPOT.
Amenities include master bedroom with bath, 2nd full bath, laundry, full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, SMART TV's in living room, master bedroom, and bedroom 2, full WIFI access, two gas grills, central air conditioning. ALL 3 BEDROOMS HAVE UPDATED BEDDING, MATTRESSES AND FURNITURE. We do not provide sheets and linens but there are services in the area that will provide them for a small fee. Linen Ladies in Cape May seems to be the most popular. www.linenladies.com. Also one block away you can visit several restaurants, coffee shops, liquor store, drug store and Yoga studio.

We have booked this house for several years now! We love winter stays and we were lucky to get some beautiful weather. The owner is the best & super easy to book with! The location is perfect, walkable to all the Cape May activities and action! We also used a reasonable uber to Oyster Bay for music. Highly recommend and we will return again soon! The host was wonderful and the house is very comfortable. It had the best supplied kitchen of any place I've ever rented. This would be perfect for someone driving down from New York to spend a weekend at the beach. However, being asked to supply your own sheets and towels is not ideal for someone flying across the country to go to an event at the Coast Guard base. Top marks otherwise.

My family and I have rented this property many times and have always enjoyed our stay. The house is perfect for 7 or so people. There is plenty of space to sit and eat together. The house is well equipped and within walking distance of Washington Square, many restaurants and bars , the West End Garage and a CVS. Dave, the owner, is wonderful to work with!

We've stayed at this property many times. It's well equipped, has room for at least 6 people at the high-top table in the kitchen, and a cozy living room. Easy walk to Washington Square, restaurants, bars and shops. The owner, Dave, is easy to work with and very kind. We'll be back!

The condo was ready early which was a lucky surprise so we could unpack and settle in. Everything was clean and neat, with plenty of space for everyone (all six of us).We are big fans of the Beach Plum Cafe, the West End Garage and Cape West Tacos, all of which were within walking distance, as well as a great liquor store and hair salon.If you love the Washington Street Mall, that is only a ten minute walk and is a great option if the car is needed elsewhere.The condo was perfect for our stay and David was always communicative and friendly. We have already asked to stay next year!

Ok….

I rented this property based on the “oh, so clean”reviews. Well…. when I went to wipe a spill off the kitchen floor, the paper towel ended up being dark grey, indicating that the floor hasn’t been washed in a while and there is a distinct “aroma” to the rental and I’m not sure where the source is. It kind of smells like low tide at times. Might be the carpeting - which appears to have never been cleaned. The kitchen amenities are sparse. However… there is no mold present in the bathrooms, which is a plus. Dated property. Having to lug everything up 17 steps was a bit challenging and there was no lighting up all those steps at night - there appears to be lighting… but it didn’t work, despite trying several switches inside. I will say that the owner is a very nice person and extremely responsive to any inquiry I had… which made me sad when I arrived and wasn’t really pleased with the property. I REALLY wanted to love it, but I won’t be staying again.

Great Spot

First of all, check in was slightly confusing, as VRBO stated 3pm check-in, but the paperwork sent to us from the property owner said 4pm. Plan for a 4pm check-in, NOT 3pm as the website states. Overall the house was clean, easy to find, and the location is excellent. The owner was also very responsive, which I appreciate. Quite an upgrade from our last place. Overall, my family and I very much enjoyed our stay here. Easy recommendation.
