"Every thing excellent, except the bathroom plumbing. The toilets were installed for very very short people. If you have leg or knee issues, ask for a handicapped room. Also, our shower seemed to have had a recent adjustment to the temperature regulator. I could feel rubber inside the unit scrapping as it was turned AND when the handle was turned the water either shut off or got to extreme hot or cold."

"One of the best hotel stays….. The staff was so friendly. They served warm cookies from 8-9 pm and a very nice breakfast until 10 am. Quiet and safe "

"From arrival to departure, everything was first class. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Location to downtown is exceptional with everything within walking distance of shops and the river. It checked all the boxes for our stay and will definitely be out go to when in the Cape."

"Newer hotel so clean. Walk-in shower with no door but works. Control is on opposite side of shower head so alittle awkward. Starbucks was nice. Front desk very accommodating. Close to old downtown but too far to walk. Railroad tracks on east side but didn’t reallly hear. "

"I hate to score it with only 4 stars... It would have been 5 stars if we wouldn't have had the problem with toilet. Toilet did not flush well. I asked the reception desk and they kindly just someone to pump it but it was not clogged the problem is that the toilet has not enough water pressure to fully flush..."
