Absolutely stunning location. Loved it, sunset and sunrise was gorgeous. Cabin was lovely, cosy, very nicely constructed and furnished. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous location. Incredible hike starts right across the road. Cute restaurant/ bar just down the road. Small room, but it has everything you need!

The owners met us at the cabin. It was a dreary rainy day but the cabin was warm and inviting. We picked up something for dinner before arriving and enjoyed watching a movie on my iPad while listening to the rain. My husband said it was the best sleep all week! Loved the place and would recommend.

What a wonderful little cottage to spend some time in. Everything was beautifully presented in a lovingly designed space, you can tell they have put a lot of thought into this place. Booking, communication and check in was fast and friendly. Location is perfect, with a stunning outlook to the North and the lighthouse walks very close by. The local pub is down the road if you don't feel like cooking. We wished we could have stayed longer, but we will be back! Thank you so much.

Peaceful place, small but beautiful decorated and a beautiful spot. A place to retriet from the driving, working, running … Wonderful!

Our Host was very welcoming, beautifully decorated and cosy bach. Such a shame we had rain but our first arrival day and evening was absolutely beautiful. The view from the bach is amazing, Cape Foul Wind certainly had us captivated on both days. Thank you

Everything was wonderful! Host was very welcoming, friendly and informative - loved the tip about where to spot the glow worms after dark! The walk to the lighthouse and then the seal colony was amazing. As for the accommodation, it was perfect in every way - cozy, beautifully furnished and a fabulous view - what more could you want? Highly recommend.

In the cover photo is looks like the hut is secluded, but the owners house is just out of the image. No problem for me, but people that were seeking seclusion may not realize this.In the kitchen I couldn't wash some of the dishes easily because of the dish brush. I suggest putting in a brush with a long handle. I could clean the bottom of the coffee cup for example. Otherwise this place would get a 5 star cleaning rating.The place is overall fantastic. It has charm, its presentation was immaculate, and it was beyond cosy. I would hope to stay again.

The views here are way better than the pictures show. Simply stunning. Might be the best place we have ever stayed just such a location. The owner greeted us with freshly picked vegetables and descriptions of the everything around. It is located right at the start of the well known Cape Foulwind Walkway which we hiked on up and down the coast f or 2 hours, and also the start of the trail down to the "hole in the rock". The cabin is as small as the description but very well decorated, clean and comfortable. Just leave anything not needed in your car. It looked like the kitchenette was not going to be practical but the shed beside the cabin when opened is a perfect and practical second one with everything needed for meal preparations. We moved the table and chairs out onto the deck for dinner while the sun set on the ocean. There was a very friendly grey cat there for company and 2 rare flightless birds wondering the yard. The woodstove and firepit were ready for use although neither we needed or used.
