3200 ft.² home with four king beds & one full size bunkbed.

Prestigious area of Cape Coral. 5 minute walk to the beach, children's playground, tennis, racquetball, Boathouse restaurant bar and grill, Don't let the title 'Yacht club' fool you. It is only an area of Cape Coral and all of its facilities are open to the public, there isn't any fees for using the facility's, no membership needed. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, a sunny family vacation, or just some peace and serenity, you will find all of that here. House is on a short cul-de-sac street very quiet. This little piece of heaven will have you wanting to return year after year.

Cape Coral is the 'Venice of America', named for its 400 hundred miles of navigable waterways (largest in the world). Our home is right on one of these canals. With direct access and no bridges, it leads out to the Caloosahatchee River that flows into the Gulf of Mexico. You are only a short boatride away from the beautiful beaches of Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Pine Island, Cabbage Key, Cayo Costa and Ft. Myers Beach. Plenty of restaurants and even shopping by water or by car. Our new boat dock has 40 feet of tie up space for a boat if you chose to rent one (lots of places to rent boats near the house). Our house is located 3 minutes from the open water (Caloosahatchee River, this leads to San Carlos bay Gulf of Mexico). The boat lift & boat are NOT for guest use.

Enjoy meals from your fully screened lanai. There are so many wonderful restaurants just minutes away. Then return to relax in the huge fresh water 15 x 30 pool. The inside of the home is decorated beautifully, New: Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, appliances, pots, pans, dishes etc etc.
Enjoy the Comfort!: Our home has 4 big bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms . Big pool, 30 x 15, Pool deck bathroom (access without going into the house). 4 luxury showers inside all have travertine stone floors, with frame-less shower doors, Large decorative tub in the master bath, with 2 expansive vanities with granite counter tops and 2 sinks. There is everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

Great Family Getaway

The place is very nice and clean It is close to restaurants, stores, easy access to the river and 30 minutes boat ride to Sanibel Island. Very comfortable and excellent for a family getaway

Nice House

The rental home was clean and had plenty of space. We had a group of 6 people, but it could easily accommodate 8 - 10. It was nice that each room had access to its own bathroom. The pool area was very nice and it is right on the canal and not too far from the main river.

Cape Coral Home in Great Location

Great location, plenty of space for eight adults with king beds and four bathrooms. Clean and comfortable. Heated pool and tiki bar were a bonus. Only issue was the steps leading to the tiki bar deck are very slippery with wet feet. Guests slipped on the steps repeatedly. Needs non-slip strips on steps to prevent falls. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay and would stay here again.

Cape Coral house near Yacht Club

It was a great house with plenty of room for all 8 of us. Positives: immaculate, light switches and drawers were labeled, Property manager responsive, Tiki bar area Extra attention to detail A detailed book with directions on using the property minus TV Negatives: It took a few days to get the pool to a warm temperature, but they were responsive and it happened No cable, if you don’t subscribe to a service, difficult to watch TV. The downstairs master did not have any remotes, but the property manager sent a new one Boat obstructed the water view.

A wonderful Week in South Florida

Our family of 10 adults (ages 20 to 81) had a marvelous stay and highly recommend this property. The home had everything we wanted, kayaks, a pool, grill, dining facilities for our entire family to eat as one, great food preparation area with every utensil needed, a superb book of help with local opportunities and home care and great sleeping accomodations. It was perfect!

The residence was listed well and did show in person as listed.

Wonderful place to stay. Could have been better informed of bringing our own toiletries and paper towels and trashbags... they did not have any in the home upon arrival.

Amazing place to stay

This property is amazing! Perfect for 2 families. We had 10 people total and had plenty room. The two master bedrooms (one on main floor and one on top floor) are amazing! There are 4 full bathrooms total! The dining and living room are all open and they have 2 tables, so enough seating for 10x. The pool area is nice and spacious and the location was perfect. The property manager Cindie was outstanding, quick to respond and very kind. Brenda at The office was also wonderful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing home, even greater host!

This house was truly perfect for us, and there are more than enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate a larger family. Completely well equipped in every room, even a compressor in the garage for your inflatables! The host literally bent over backwards, to make our stay AMAZING, especially after having travel difficulties. She made all the worry go away and allowed us to focus on just our end. We will definitely stay again, and is a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED property!!

Family Fun

We had two families vacationing to Florida and this home was great for the 10 of us - plenty of space and lots of activities. We enjoyed the pool and the deck by the canal - especially the tiki bar. The kids could fish off the dock and it was a close walk to the beach. Stacy was very easy to work with and responded very quickly whenever I reached out to her. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Cape Coral!

Fantastic Property, great neighborhood, super responsive owners.

Four couples truly enjoyed this beautiful home. A perfect layout with great pool and on the water. The house had all of the amenities and more that we needed. The owners were very responsive to our questions. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect location!

We had the best stay. This property is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood walking distance to the best tiki bar. We rented a boat for our entire stay and highly recommended staying here if you plan to do any boating. It’s so easy to get out of the canal and into the river. The home is beautiful, pool was heated when we arrived, beds were cozy, never ran out of hot water with 9 people showering, fully stocked, and super easy check in. We will be back. I have stayed in a a lot of home rentals. This one is at top of my favorite list. I feel it’s important to get what you pay for. I hate being disappointed when I show up to a rental and it’s not what you thought. If you rent this home you don’t need to worry about that. It’s everything and more.

Beautiful & Relaxing

We had 10 people with the age range of 1 yr old to 56. The house was awesome for all ages. We enjoyed several meals out but also enjoyed several meals in. Grocery store was close as well as nice restaurants. We would highly recommend this property and Cape Coral area!
