Villa Tortuga offers three spacious and thoughtfully decorated bedrooms, along with an office featuring a sofa bed, ensuring ample room and privacy for all guests. Each room provides a peaceful haven for restful nights. The primary suite even offers the added luxury of direct access to the pool and lanai area, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living spaces for a truly delightful experience.

Step outside, and you will discover your very own private oasis! Immerse yourself in the sparkling heated saltwater pool while enjoying the serene views of the surrounding waters. Unwind on the comfortable outdoor furniture, basking in the sun and savoring the laid-back atmosphere.

This stunning vacation home includes all the technology you need! From high-speed wireless internet, flat-screen televisions with in all the bedrooms and living room - Villa Tortuga has got it all! Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, spare linens, and bath towels for both bathrooms are available for your use as well.

We understand that pets are cherished family members, and at Villa Tortuga, we gladly welcome your furry friends upon request (dogs only). Max. number of dogs: 2 (each 25 Ibs or less)

All guests are required to review and electronically sign our Terms and Conditions, submit a signed rental agreement, and provide a valid photo ID prior to arrival. The access code to the home will be shared 2–4 days before check-in, once all required documents are received and final payment has been made.
Please note that access to the home may be restricted until all documentation is completed.

The credit card fee is non-refundable at all times, but all other charges are fully refundable per our cancellation policy.

Kayaks and Bicycles are available - at your own risk.

The maximum occupancy cannot be extended!!
Only the guests listed on the vacation rental shall use the property.

* We understand that pets are cherished family members, and at Villa Sun-kissed, we gladly welcome your furry friends (dogs only,) upon request. Max. number of dogs: 2 ( 25 lbs or less). An additional non refundable pet fee will apply.
A penalty will apply for any unregistered dogs in the reservation.
The gust will be asked to review and sign the rental agreement within 24 hours after they book.
