VRCC Villa Sunseeker

This beautiful villa is located in the southernmost corner of Cape Coral close to Cape Harbour. This is one of the most sought after residential areas of Cape Coral. Shops, doctors, pharmacies etc are within walking distance or accessible with the existing bicycles.

The villa was renovated recently. All furniture and appliances are new. The pool area is completely redesigned and offers complete privacy.

From the elegant, light flooded living room with its 60'LCD+DVD player, you can enjoy the view of the large pool and the tropical garden. The glass sliding doors can be completely opened to set a great indoor-outdoor experience.

In addition to the large master bedroom (42'LCD) with a king size bed and walk-in closet, the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two single beds.

In the master bedroom is the large bathroom with a spacious shower and whirlpool.

The kitchen with oven, cooker with ceramiek hob, fridge and microwave you have poolview.

From the living room, dining room and the master bedroom there's direct pool access.

Furthermore there is free high speed Wifi throughout the whole house. Also, two bicycles are available for free to explore the area.

In Ordnung, aber, nach dem Check-in, wird man noch aufgeklärt, dass man den Stromverbrauch selber zahlen muss und eine etwas hohe Kaution, obwohl das Haus für 12 Tage nicht billig ist.

Lovely stay in the sun

We had wonderful time at this clean and peaceful house. The pool was perfect and the house is well supplied. It’s a half-hour drive to the beaches. The check-in was easy. Before our arrival I found out that the contact number listed on our agreement was incorrect and I panicked a little when I couldn’t get in touch with property manager but once I got the right number it was smoothe sailing.

Nice House-Too Far Out for Me

The house was very nice however it was bit to far for us. You have to pay for your electricity which is fine except when you come into the house and EVERY light is on and the the pool is full blown warm which was totally not needed seemed highly ridiculous. The instructions said that the prop. mgr would contact you to set up a check in time to read the meter and the same to check out, well never heard from the person but i bet even though I was hardly there that electric was high for everything that ran.

Nickel and dimed.

The house was attractive and was stocked well with towels, dishes etc. what we weren’t told was that we’d be paying for hydro separately ( meter read day of arrival and day left), that there are no cleaning or everyday supplies available. We had to purchase: Toilet paper ( one roll in each bathroom upon arrival) Dish, laundry and dishwasher soap, Kleenex, coffee. The pool seems to have a leak so it was loosing water. We were asked to run hose into the pool to keep the water level up for the filtration system which became a losing battle. The pool was not cleaned or vacuumed so it was green and filled with sand. We could not use the pool.

Home review

Very straight forward easy check in/out process. We found a few things that were not working but mgmt company resolved issues very quickly. We were one week of our stay without pool heat waiting on pool repairman. Once repaired pool was nice.

Cape Coral Splender

My cousin and I stayed at this lovely home, inside & outside. The owners have made their home, a home for everyone. The home is very well kept, clean & comfortable. It's stocked with all the necessities needed. However, you will need to purchase additional bath tissue, bath soaps, paper towels, laundry products and dish soap, if you are staying longer than a few days as they only provide a limited amount. The management was very kind & helpful. We spent many days outside at the pool. It's was so relaxing & delightful. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet & near to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc... I would recommend "Ceno's" restaurant on Cape Coral Pkwy, fantastic food & service! The beaches we visited were approximately 40 minutes away. This vacation spot is wonderful for short-term or long-term vacations. 10+ Thank you for a wonderful vacation spot! Reyne

Security/Privacy

We didn’t feel completely secure in the residence as several windows were not locked. The sliding glass door in the bedroom would not lock so we essentially spent the week in an unsecured residence. When we went out for the day we came back to a feeling that someone had been in the house. A female property manager just let herself in while we were relaxing poolside. Another property manager walked around the side of the house while we were at poolside and my wife wasn’t completely clothed. He refused to come in and do a walk through as I expected. The pool guy showed up unannounced kind of caught us off guard. Glad we weren’t in the pool at the time. We stayed at the property for 7 days and did not feel safe or secure and felt like we didn’t have any real privacy as 3 people just popped up on us without notice. Overall property was nice but again we did not feel secure for the entire week. I think if property managers need to come to the residence they should at least call ahead and let the renters know and schedule a time so as not to infringe on the renters privacy. Although I understand that being asked to put the trash out on the curb is the “norm” I personally didn’t appreciate having to put the trash out on the curb while on vacation. The stove top wasn’t clean and the bed was not comfortable. I left with back pain. Although we will try Vrbo again at some point but it won’t be at this property. Property managers didn’t seem to be to friendly either. Didn’t really feel welcome.

My Beautiful birthday and anniversary

My beautiful birthday and anniversary was amazing with my Gorgeous Daughter, son and husband. We had a amazing time. Everything look as shown in picture. The house was Pretty white and clean. I was able to use the washer and dryer with no problems. I Had no problems with the stove. The Kitchen had many cooking utensils the oven worked good also The air condition was very good ….Shower in the big bedroom was wonderful…………Checking in and checking out was a breeze …. I love it…….Had a garage door opening with the car so it was really easy coming in and out…. It felted like coming to your own home but only in a different location… for the most part everything was wonderful…I highly recommend for your stay ……oh yeah…you may need to keep a bag of ice on hand to put in the freezer….For my family the refrigerator was not getting cold enough so having a bag of ice on hand would be good….They had beach chairs and a cooler in the Garage to take with you to the beach if you do not have it….Also two they had floaty’s for the swimming pool and ….beach towels…we enjoy our stay….. thanks so much to the Property manager…..🙏🏽💯❤️💪🏽💋💍👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🎂🙏🏽💯🙏🏽🙌🏼💯❤️💪🏽🙌🏼🙏🏽🤷🏽‍♀️💋💪🏽🙏🏽

Health emergency

Did a 3 generation trip. Moms 72nd birthday the 18 th. The next day was horrific and stressful! The air conditioner broke. Mom has congestive heart failure and is on her second pacemaker! 90 degrees in the house! We were blamed the air broke, even after the maintenance guy told us he was there last week with the same problem. Verbo guy and manager of property told us there is nothing they can do and ghosted us. No Communication! No support! So I have no money and had to relocate on my own. I Reached out to the community of Cape Coral and found help. It was a nightmare! Forced to check out the 19 th at 5:30 pm The Verbo guy was down right rude! Absolutely need a full refund and had to come up with 375$ cash to stay somewhere I’ve used Verbo many times! Never have been so miss treated! I bought all the insurance when I booked the trip! Very unhappy!

Absolutely perfect

House is amazing, pool was perfect. House was exactly what we expected and was completely perfect. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything you would need- including the beach!! We checked in on a Monday, later in the day and quickly realized the AC wasn’t cooling- made a quick call to the property manager and she immediately sent over a man with a portable ac and while he was setting that up, the repair msn showed up to correct the real problem- could not have been faster and we were super appreciative. These folks are literal superheroes they way they get stuff done. I’d rate this place 20 stars if that was an option.

Perfect getaway

The contract was straight forward and easy to understand. The property was accurately described. The pool was private. This was truly a home away from home. From the full kitchen, to the spacious rooms, washer & dryer, dishwasher, outdoor grill and more, we could not have picked a better spot. Great price, too.

Family get a way

So I decided to take my 3 adult kids and 2 grandkids on a mini getaway . This was by far the best trip we've gone on together . The property was just as pictured . The in and out process was simple The property manager was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. When I called for assistance again the staff was very friendly and helpful .

Relaxing get away

We enjoyed this property. True to photos on VRBO site, this house was clean and had everything you need. Few things to be noted, if you plan to go to the beach it is at least a 45 minute drive. If you have a boat this is an ideal place to stay, if you are a beach person not so much. Also found it frustrating to have very minimal TV stations, most basic package few options. Nice to have a grill at the pool but a bit much to expect guests to pay an additional cleaning fee to & exchange gas tank if used when charges for rental more then cover. Overall good experience.

Wonderful and relaxing.

The house and pool are perfect. Unfortunately the bikes need a little maintenance. Had a blow out on one of the bikes, thankfully I was able to keep it under control and wasn't in a bad location. Made for a long walk home, but nothing is that bad in paradise. The location is good as well, close to stores and activities. South Cape Coral is definitely the place to stay

Girls trip

House was clean and check in was a breeze. Pool was nice but smaller than it appears in the pictures. Comfortable beds, lots of towels and a very large bathtub and shower in master bedroom. Only very small issue was no cable or dish tv but no big deal, who wants to sit inside when you are in Florida. Would recommend and stay here again.
