Upon entering the house, the spacious living area, with its high ceilings and large slider windows, opens up to the turquoise pool and the wide canal.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen is a place for shared moments – whether enjoying breakfast with fresh coffee from the coffee or Nespresso machine or cooking a delicious dinner. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an open layout leave nothing to be desired. The elegant dining area creates the perfect setting for a candlelit dinner overlooking the water.

Four tastefully furnished bedrooms offer privacy and comfort for up to eight guests. In the two master suites with king-size beds, you'll wake up to a stunning view of the canal. The other bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, are lovingly decorated and create a cozy atmosphere – ideal for families or friends traveling together. Three modern bathrooms – one with a bathtub – ensure an exclusive wellness experience.

But the heart of the villa is undoubtedly the spacious outdoor area. Here, sun, water, and relaxation merge to create an unforgettable vacation experience. Comfortable sun loungers and lounge furniture invite you to enjoy the day in peace – with a book in hand or a cool drink in the shade of the palm trees. The (heated) pool provides a refreshing dip, and the spa invites you to enjoy the evenings.

In the covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill, you can prepare delicious barbecues as the sun slowly sets. The aroma of grilled food, the cozy fire pit, and the gentle sound of the water create an atmosphere you'll never forget.

The location of Villa Escape ideally combines tranquility and accessibility. The house is located in a well-maintained residential area in the southwest of Cape Coral, quiet yet central. Shops, cafes, and restaurants are just minutes away, as are the popular Yacht Club Beach and the family-friendly Sun Splash Waterpark. The beautiful beaches of Sanibel Island and Captiva Island are just a boat ride away – a paradise for sun fans. Two kayaks are available to explore the waterways of Cape Coral.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. You can contact us directly for a boat rental.
