This stunning 5-bedroom villa, located in the beautiful Pelican community offers many amenities: including heated pool, hot tub, infrared sauna, tiki hut, large dock, +150 foot captain walk. Inquire about the boat rental or bring your own.
You will enjoy fishing, kayaking, and biking with the items provided. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed WiF. TVs in most every room. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to whip up delectable meals to enjoy , or visit the many restaurants around Cape Coral.
Just a 13-minute drive away, the Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach beckons with its pristine sands and sparkling waters, while the thrilling Sun Splash Water Park is only 16 minutes from your doorstep. If golfing is your thing you will find several-near by options. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this villa has it all, providing the perfect base for your unforgettable Florida getaway.
Plenty of space for everyone, including a family suite upstairs with 2 queens, a sofa and tv.
A total of 3 king size beds and 3 queen size beds all very comfortable . Two pack and plays and a highchair are also available.
The property includes two refrigerators, and washer and dryer. Enjoy the 2 kayaks, four bikes, fishing poles, and board games. Each king bedroom in a separate corner of the home. Enjoy plenty of outdoor seating for the family to gather around the pool or water.

Wonderful family getaway!

We had a great time with our kids and grandkids. Grandson loved fishing from the dock and kayaking with his dad. Great dining areas inside and out. We will definitely be returning.

Wonderful canal oasis

This home is lovely and well-appointed. There were 9 adults in our group, all over 30. We had three couples in need of beds and three individuals. This house has six different bed options, without anyone needing to sleep on a trundle or pull-out. We’re too old for those nowadays! The living room had generous, comfortable seating options. The outdoor spaces provided the option of shade or sun even in the middle of the day, which was wonderful. Every item we could dream of needing was available in the kitchen. The host is kind and answered all questions promptly. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future!

Great house - owners very accomodating

The house is spacious with fully stocked kitchen - more than I've ever experienced. The pool, hot tub and dock entertained every one and we rented the boat for a few days which was very convenient. Kids also enjoyed the kayaks. I reached out to Lori several times before the trip to make changes and she was extremely accommodating. That continued during our trip as well. I highly recommend this property! Great experience and would rent again without hesitation.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay in this property. Two families. Four kids ages 12, 12, 10 and 9. Pool and hot tub were perfect. House is very clean and well stocked. We did not cook much but the kitchen has everything (and more!) to cook if you choose. Comfy beds, lots of linens, lots of space. Would stay here again!

Great Place for a Family Vacation

Lori was responsive and efficient about any questions and concerns that we had during our week's stay at her property.Our family loves to cook, and the kitchen did not disappoint. It was very well equipped (except, no pizza cutter).The pool and the hot tub and the tiki hut on the Captain's walk were also great hits with our group. Thanks again, Lori.

Exceptional Hospitality

Excellent vacation rental! Lori's home is extremely well-appointed, including a generously equipped kitchen for those who like to cook, as we do. There are lots of little extras so you don't have to run to the store and buy a hundred bucks worth of incidentals to use just a couple times while you're on a short vacation. The pool/house layout is great for families with kids because you can see the pool from pretty much any room in the house making it easy to keep an eye on the kids while they're swimming. Lori went above and beyond to maintain a high pool temperature for us round the clock since our kids spend nearly their entire day in there. It was a hit! Thank you so much!

Family Vacation

Lori and Dave made our stay very pleasant. ! us their boat and went over the boat to make sure we knew how to operate it. The house was so well stocked with towels, the pool was warmer than most will warm their pools. Their hospitality went over the top and we loved our stay there. Would recommend anyone to stay there especially for larger families, plenty of room.

Best time with family in the most beautiful home on the bay

We loved everything about this home as well as the location. The process for chrckin was very sasy. So convenient as well. The owners were super sweet and txt us the code to the house and made us feel very comfortable in our home away from home. We loved our stay at Villa Belezza! Lori is a great host (very prompt responses to any questions) and the house had everything needed for us to have a great week of vacation with our large three household family! Awesome family vacation

Spectacular! Our family of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fabulous home on the canal. Fished off the dock, kayaked, swam everyday in the pool, couldn't ask for more. Lori was available for any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend this home!

Perfect house for large family

We enjoyed our week stay at the house! The neighborhood was extremely quiet. The pool and hot tub were popular with our multi family group of 10! House was perfect as everyone had a room! The house had everything we needed and furniture was comfortable! The only downside is the distance to everything. I’ve forgotten how long it takes to drive places in FL. Lori was readily available and checked in with us multiple times. No issues with check in as she provided us the information needed days before. If we make it back to the area, we will consider staying again.

A Gem!

Villa Bellezza is certainly a treasure. Beautifully appointed, amenities galore and very spacious. Nice, peaceful neighborhood and located on the canal with amazing views. Lori, the host, is super. We had the best time and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Anyone considering Villa Bellezza, you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful and warm

property was clean, pool was warm, and the house had a lot of the extras (fishing poles, beach stuff, lots of towels, sheets and dishes). We had a wonderful experience with the family. Location is a bit far from the beaches (30 minutes but about 1 hour if you want to get on them during prime time between 9-11).

Couldn’t have been better

We had the most amazing stay! Lori is absolutely one of the best hosts we have ever had the pleasure to work with. She is so attentive and responds immediately to any questions. The house is well stocked with anything and everything you might need. There was a large amount of pool toys for the kids, beach games and toys to take with us to Sanibel, and fishing equipment for the amazing dock. And the two kayaks got used each and every day. We truly didn’t have anything we needed that wasn’t there! The house was clean and very well kept and the layout made it very easy for our party of 12 to spread out and each enjoy our own space or come together as a group! Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Home

Our family stayed for 6 days at the Villa Bellezza home in Cape Coral. Our stay was in mid February 2024 and we had seven in our party. The accommodations were as listed and the canal views, deck and pool areas were great. The home was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and restaurants and shops are within driving distance. The owner was responsive to our concerns/issues. We found it odd that the air conditioner thermostat can only be controlled/adjusted by texting the owner. Unfortunately, we did have some issues during our stay. The first day the pool wasn’t heating so the owner had us flip the circuit breaker on the pool equipment to get it running. Even after that, the pool was very difficult to maintain heat so we mainly just used the hot tub. In the middle of our stay, one of the toilets stopped flushing properly, and we had to mess with the inside filler to make it flush. And on the morning we left the master bathroom plugs stopped working. The loft area with the two queen beds does get warm, so we needed the provided fans. Some of the bath towels set out to use had stains, so we picked others in the closet to use instead. Overall the home was as advertised, had pretty views, was nice and quiet, well stocked and comfortable. We were generally pleased with our stay even with the issues.
