Additionally, all bedrooms feature comfortable double beds, flat-screen TVs and access to the pool area. They also come with their own bathrooms. The master bathroom, in particular, is a true oasis with extra-space, a large bathtub, double sink and walk-in shower.

Of course, the villa also comes with a kitchen. From the living area, you will directly access the roofed lanai. 8 persons can sit at the dining table, and in addition, the lanai features a complete outdoor kitchen with grill and running water – perfect for barbecues.
Water lovers have every reason to be excited, too. The pool takes up almost the entire length of the lanai and features electric heating. This way, you can swim to your heart´s content – even when the weather is bad. The Jacuzzi offers premium relaxation, children will love the shallow area, and sun beds are available if you want to work on your tan. Of course, you can always just relax in the shaded lounge area. There is even an outdoor bathroom, so you do not have to walk through the house to use the toilet.
Last but not least, the villa features a boat dock – complete with a charming Tiki Hut, where you can admire the sunset in style. Or how about a boating trip? Villa Fourtastic View sits directly at a saltwater canal. This way, getting to the Golf of Mexico is easier than ever. Beautiful islands like Sanibel and Captiva await you.
On land, the villa´s location leaves nothing to be desired, either. Western Cape Coral is known for its peaceful, quiet neighborhood. At the same time, though, you will quickly reach all important spots. The supermarkets Publix, Walmart and Aldi are only a 5–10 minute drive away – just like the international restaurants on Cape Coral Parkway. In addition, the vicinity offers plenty of things to do. Take a stroll to the children´s playground at Sands Park; or enjoy the thrilling slides at Sun Splash Waterpark, 9 miles to the north. You want to unwind under palm trees? Then, you are lucky. Only 7 miles separate the villa from Cape Coral´s public beach.

You are not limited to the duration of the vacation home rental. Instead, you can freely decide how long you want to use the boat.
The minimum rental period is 3 days, and from day 5 onwards, discounts apply. The longer you rent the boat, the more money you will save. For example:

HOUSERULES / FAQ
Boatlift: The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on boatrental-capecoral.com
Electricity consumption: The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15 ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning: The average(based on an occupancy of 2-4 guests) cost of electricity per week in the summer period is $40-$60. The price may increase in winter, as heating the pool/spa and the rooms requires more energy in winter than in summer. Please also consider that the pool/spa not only requires more energy in colder temperatures but also cools down more quickly overnight.
BBQ Cleaning: Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50.
Cancelation fee: Guests who cancel more than 60 days before check-in will receive a 95% refund of all payments made. For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, no refund will be issued.
Personal Check-In: As arrival days are often stressful and it is rarely possible to arrive at fixed times, each guest will enter the house independently by using a code.
For safety and Insurance reasons, we are required to match the guests present with those of the booking made. In addition, there are many questions about the house, and it is always easier if these things are explained personally and on site. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card). We try to make the check-in as comfortable as possible so that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest.
Pet friendly/service pets: If the house is offered as pet-friendly, you have the possibility to bring a pet(s). You have the option to specify the number of pets during the booking process. Each pet will be charged $25 per night.
If the property is not listed as pet friendly, pets are not allowed, with the exception of service/emotional pets. If your pet is a Service/Emotional Pet, we will require written proof from you prior to booking. Service/emotional pets do not have to be specified in the booking process and will not be charged additionally.
Standard occupancy/overnight guests: Our prices are calculated on the basis of 4 persons. Each additional person will be charged $25 dollars plus fees/taxes per night. If you specify more than 4 persons at the time of booking, this fee will be taken into account. If the number of persons increases after booking or if you receive overnight guests (even for only a few days), you are obliged to register them and pay the fee.
