We provide everything you need for a fun and stress-free family vacation.
• **For the Kids:** Pack & Play, high chairs, a baby monitor, white noise machine, and a shelf full of books and toys.
• **For the Pool:** A variety of pool toys, noodles, floaties for adults and children, and life jackets in various sizes.
• **For the Beach:** A beach cart, umbrellas, multiple beach chairs, a cooler with wheels, beach towels, and sand toys.

Step inside to an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space, perfect for spending quality time together. The modern design features durable luxury plank flooring—softer for little ones' tumbles than typical tile—and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything from a drip coffee maker to a Ninja blender.

The private master bedroom is thoughtfully located on the opposite side of the home from the other bedrooms, offering a quiet retreat. Your private oasis awaits in the fully screened-in lanai, which helps keep the space cool during the day. Take a dip in the sparkling pool, relax in the covered lounge area, or enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table. The lanai's western exposure rovides breathtaking sunsets, creating the perfect backdrop for your evenings.

Guest Access
You'll have the entire home to yourself. Access is simple and secure with a key code for self-check-in. We'll also send a short video explaining how to operate all access points on the property. Ample parking is available on the premises.

The Neighborhood
Our home is nestled in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. Despite the tranquility, you're centrally located in Cape Coral, making travel to any destination a breeze and minimizing time spent in traffic.
Within a 5-mile radius, you'll find everything you need, including grocery stores, coffee shops, and parks with a splash pad. The home is just two turns from a main road and three turns from one of the main bridges to Fort Myers, putting the region's best attractions within easy reach.
Getting Around
Explore the neighborhood like a local! We provide two beach cruiser bikes with a Burly trailer and a lock. For families with younger children, we also offer three different strollers to make your outings easy.

House Rules
To ensure a peaceful stay for you and our neighbors, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules. We have a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior.
Booking will be finalized upon signing the additional rental agreement sent in your booking response message.

• The maximum occupancy of 8 guests is strictly enforced.
• No loud music or parties. Any noise complaints may be grounds for your reservation to be immediately canceled per the cancellation policy.
• All guests must be included in the reservation. Any unregistered guests without prior consent may result in an extra charge of $70 per person, per night.
