Extra greasy everything, because of the unusable dangerous outdoor kitchen grill. It obviously hadn't ever been cleaned or maintained making it very disgusting and dangerous as the gas elements had rusted clean through and allowing the gas to build up in the bottom ofgrill that when it lit it caused a minor explosion. There was so much grease from the grill all over everything on the patio deck and tracked all over the pool deck (that had weeds growing out of the pavers all over the deck) very unkempt. The grease was so thick it was being slung off the ceiling fans on the patio onto the glass doors and running down them. Also the icemaker spout in the refrigerator is full of black mold. The cleaning service doesn't clean but bare minimum. All the rugs are trashed and should be thrown out. One barn door was damaged and zip tied onto the track to keep it from falling off. The toilet handle in the master bath was broken so we had to remove the lid and pull the bar up to flush it. Neighbors spy on you from the edge of their property as we were swimming or hanging out on the dock ( which was a very nice area) just watch your step as they steps are loose and a real ankle twister and a trip hazard. I had to get to property manager over to clean up the deck to make it acceptable for us to use, and he did do much. The house was not ready to receive guest as it needs a very deep cleaning. We will not be staying in their properties again as we are not accustomed to such filth. NO GOOD!
