    Disfrute de unas vacaciones relajantes en una casa con solo 2 apartamentos y una gran piscina, que se puede utilizar en invierno gracias a la calefacción eléctrica de la piscina.

    Una terraza privada con mosquitero invita a las largas veladas. Tumbonas y asientos al aire libre ofrecen muchas oportunidades para relajarse. Una parrilla de barbacoa no deja deseos de parrilla abiertos. La propiedad está completamente rodeada por una cerca alta, lo que le da total privacidad.

    La casa es un dúplex (casa pareada). La zona exterior es por lo tanto compartida.

    La casa está ubicada en un barrio estadounidense tranquilo, bien cuidado y muy agradable. Tiendas, supermercados, restaurantes y atracciones están cerca y son fácilmente accesibles en coche. El gran parque acuático "Sunsplash" se encuentra en las inmediaciones.

    El Eastside tiene un gran salón / comedor con cocina totalmente equipada (incl. Lavavajillas), mesa de comedor para 6 personas y una acogedora sala de TV con sofá cama.
    Desde el pasillo se accede al baño (ducha, inodoro) y en los dos dormitorios.
    Una de las habitaciones está amueblada con una cama king-size; En el segundo dormitorio hay dos camas individuales. Las familias con niños están en buenas manos aquí, así como las parejas (amistosas).

My family visits Florida every few months and we will never stay anywhere else! Our 2nd time at this property and amazing as always.

Comfortable, clean, quiet

Everything was great with our stay. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, it’s clean and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out process was so easy and communication with the owner and property manager was great! I have stayed here twice now and would recommend it to anyone.

Great Host

I have enjoyed my stay communication has been excellent! Host is very responsive to questions. Property is in a great location and very clean. Beautiful pool and fenced in area for relaxing and enjoying the Florida weather

All You Need

We enjoyed the stay but didn’t realize that it was a good 20 minutes to access I 75 since we were checking out various different locations. The house was fine and meet all the needs one could want on an extended vacation. We enjoyed the pool area!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Home exceeded all of my expectations. Martina communicated quickly and effectively through the entire booking process, and answered any questions I had after arrival promptly! My family usually stays in hotels just because of the unknown of renting homes, but after this trip I’m sold! Location, price, and quality of the house (and pool) were all exceptional. We absolutely would stay here again and plan to be back soon!

Nice for a short stay

Property was clean. Neighborhood was good. Our overall stay was good. Checkin was easy and getting a hold of property manager was easy and she replied quickly. Only issue we had was you have to pay for the washer. Didn’t know until we needed to wash and had to go get coins.

Perfect for us!

The property was accurately depicted by the pictures. However, the pictures cannot portray the wonderful, relaxing pool. The temperature was perfect and the water crystal clear! The location of the property was ideal for us. We enjoyed the month of March exploring the area with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and, interesting places to visit like the Ford Edison summer summer home. If you enjoy golfing, and want to work on your short game, there was a delightful three and four par course within walking distance. I enjoyed walking in the neighborhood every morning and then relaxing by the pool every day. The owners were delightful, receptive, and available. The very few issues that we had were addressed immediately. We hope to visit again soon!

Adequate but not great.

All major appliances were old and of low quality. The fridge in particular was noisy and the AC eventually broke down during our stay and was not repaired. The one sofa in the living area was very uncomfortable (foam) and there were no other chairs except wooden kitchen chairs. The beds were comfortable (foam). All of the kitchen equipment was flea market quality (chipped dishes, rusty coffee maker, 2 plastic cups with one from a give-away, 1 glass tumbler, ample juice glasses), kitchen & bath linens were old and threadbare…you get the picture. As for that air conditioner…we had it set at 73 (down 2 degrees from their initial setting of 75). We were accused of causing it to freeze up because it was set so low. The outside temperatures of upper 80’s and into the 90’s broke records for our month of February. The pool itself was great. The outdoor furniture was rusty and falling apart. We had a 5 month old puppy with us and the fenced area was great. (Our puppy was never on the furniture and never had any kind of accident in the house. As insurance, we mopped the living area floor the morning we checked out.) While we were there, the rusty, falling apart grill was replaced with a new one that worked very well. And, we heard from the renters that were next to us that the sofa was replaced the day we left. The TV worked great.

Great stay!

I loved the space and how this place had everything you needed. Easy to pick up after yourself & leave everything the way you find it. The pool was great & the people next door were no problem. Most of all i love and appreciate how this place allows u to bring your dogs with you. The location is perfectly full of land. Lovely homes in the area and 10 mins away from anything and everything. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Easy Breezy

Nice easy smooth and relaxing. Dressers would of been useful and didn't know if the garage was an option. Would have came in useful if I would have known. All in all very nice and quiet stay.

Great vacation

We have done a lot of traveling and stayed at quite a few vacation property. But i gave to say this one had the best cutting knife set . The only thing missing was a set of measuring cups. But being a good chef I know how to work it out. (LoL) Thanks for everything. Becky

trying to charge us extra

I will never go back to these people, they are trying to charge an extra $$$ pet fee when it was initially was another amount. There was no mess behind, My dogs were walked and picked up after. Horrible business...Next time I rather pay more and stay in a nicer place.

Great place, great hostess, truly 5 star.

We moved cross country from Idaho to the Cape Coral area. Stayed in a lot of Homes along the way. This was THE best and it had a pool. And our hostess was awesome! When our new home was ready to move into on time, Martina let us stay 3 more nights and only charged the nightly fee. No booking fees or additional costs of any kind. When I made the request via email, she quickly responded and helped us set it up. I would stay here again in a minute. And since we now live in the area, I will use it for overflow guests who come to visit us. Oh, AND it had a pool!
