Located adjacent to the marina, this open-concept 2BR/2BA condo has a balcony with water views and an array of resort-style amenities. Choose from the complex's two pool facilities, the gym, tennis courts, or a basketball court. Kids will adore the on-site playground. This complex's atmosphere is ideal for those who like live music every now and then and a lively spot to spend their vacation.

Walk to the Waterside Wine Club for a tasting, or stroll to Rumrunners for waterfront surf and turf. If you prefer a relaxing night in, simply open the balcony doors and listen to live music playing below.

LIVING AREAS

Located on the sixth floor, this single-story condo features 1,276 square feet of living space and a spacious covered balcony with water views.

Sunlight pours through glass balcony doors in the living room. A full-size sleeper sofa and two armchairs offer plenty of seating for socializing or watching TV on the 55” flat-screen.

KITCHEN & DINING

Gleaming countertops provide plenty of meal prep space in the kitchen. Sleek black appliances include a roomy French-door fridge, and the breakfast bar has seating for three.

Share your home-cooked creations at a handsome dining table for six, or head to the balcony for alfresco meals.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This single-story condo accommodates up to four guests between the two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have their own flat-screen TV.

The serene master bedroom features a king-size bed, direct access to the balcony, plus an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

A comfy queen-size bed awaits in the second bedroom. The guest bathroom is appointed with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Vistas of the marina await on the balcony, where you can serve alfresco meals at a table for four.

Contemplate the view from two additional chairs while you sip an icy beverage.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Additional perks include assigned parking for one car in the garage, a private washer/dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Beach gear and a playpen are provided for your use. (Additional outdoor parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis across the street.)

Four miles from Four Freedoms Beach and walking distance from an array of eateries, this marina location offers a plethora of amenities. Fathoms Restaurant & Bar is a popular waterside restaurant less than 400 feet the complex, and The French Press coffee shop is equidistant.

Golf lovers will find lush fairways at Palmetto Pine Country Club 6.3 miles northeast. Sun Splash Family Waterpark is a few miles farther with over 14 acres of waterslides and a lazy river. Explore the area's natural beauty at Estero Bay Preserve State Park, 13.4 miles away.

Outstanding Condo

We stayed at over 30 VRBO properties over years and this was the cleanest, most organized, newest furniture, best fully stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in. Great wifi, good shower, great security and super location. Can't say enough positive things. Definitely a do again! Well done owner and manager!!

Excellent property, great amenities close by

This was our first stay in Cape Coral and we wanted to identify a property that was clean, had a balcony and a pool, and was relatively close to a beach. This property met all of our needs and more, however unfortunately the beaches at Fort Myers and Sanibel Island were in disrepair as the result of the hurricane in late Fall 2022. Both beaches were only 10-15 minutes drive from the property, which was something we were comfortable with. There was multiple high quality restaurants onsite, as well as several small shops, bakery, juicery, etc. There was also a small bike shop which provided rentals, which myself and my wife took full advantage of. I should also note that the Marina neighbourhood was a very clean and safe area, and the city provided a wide variety of safe bike lane routes throughout the city. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay.

Great stay

We enjoyed this condo a lot. Great location to all kind of amenities. Unit is super clean and is well stocked. This unit has beach chairs (4) , an umbrella and a large cooler which we used. The bedroom in the master bedroom is stained and needs replaced but other than that the unit is very well decorated and super cute. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great stay, perfect for a family

We loved the property. It was perfectly sized for our family of four. The unit was great, extremely well appointed, furnishings all very comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for those who want to cook. And the location was great too. Would definitely stay again.

Nice unit, nice location, parking issues

We were happy with the condo unit and location. We had issues with parking as there is not assigned/reserved parking for this unit. With restaurants and bands nearby, we sometimes had to wait for someone to leave to park. General parking fills up fast. Never did find the exercise room and no information was noted in room. Overall it was a very nice unit. Poor instructions getting into unit.

Beautiful Condo patio nice unfortunately very noisy

The condo was more than expected. Clean, comfortable couch, beds were comfy and kitchen well equipped. The patio was very nice to sit in for reading and relaxing. Unfortunately the bands by the restaurant were extremely loud and in the morning lawn equipment plus delivery trucks were also loud. The patio seemed to amplify the music.

Not for vacation.

The unit was nice and well advertised. Clean, great condition and very quiet (except on Tuesdays). This unit and location is for an older generation and is not for families and for sure not those with kids. There is nothing to do for kids in the area and the residents of the community are far from welcoming to renters. While the unit is clean, the building is showing its age and needs a large scale refresh. The play ground and heated pool is a half mile away; the pool next to the building is not heated. Beaches are 45 minutes away and you have to cross multiple toll bridges to get there and back. If you are coming for long term, a month or more, then it might be ok.

Fun Getaway

Great condo that is well equipped with what you need in the kitchen or a trip to the beach. We ate at all 3 restaurants on the property & also had gelato a couple times too. Lol As some previous reviews mentioned music...we loved it! There were 2 bands last week & we enjoyed them both. We will be back soon !

Loved it

Absolutely loved the location and property. The only negative was that there was music three of the nights, some which bordered on heavy metal, and it was LOUD. Since it was right below the condo & it echoed off the buildings we couldn’t sit on the lanai those evenings. I realize that is not within the owner’s control, I would suggest they make a complaint about the volume. Although, it would not keep me from renting here again.

Nice vacation

Entrance to the secure garage was not possible for 3 days because the fab was NOT available. This forced us to park our rented vehicle on the street wher our gas cap was stolen. This should not have happened!

Fun in the sun!

This complex is the best kept secret in SW Florida. This condo overlooks a courtyard where there is live music and great restaurants within walking distance. It is a lively, happy place. The condo is clean and comfortable with everything you need. Great vacation spot!
