Winter Special, Beautiful Pelican Gulf Access Waterfront Home With Private Pool

Villa Gabriella is a spacious waterfront, pool home with four bedrooms and four bathrooms! The home is located on a canal, in a quiet and well established neighborhood in Southwest Cape Coral.

You will love the open floor plan and relaxing beach house style in our home. The sliding doors open up to a waterfront patio and saltwater pool. The lanai has an outside TV and outdoor bar with BBQ grill and mini fridge.

The living room features a brand new 75" inch TV and luxurious movie theater style seating.

The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances and island seating for six. In the garage you will find an extra fridge and ice machine. The formal dining room has seating for eight.

Villa Gabriella is one of the few vacation homes in the area with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms! The bedrooms are tastefully furnished, three of the rooms have king beds and the other has a queen. Every bedroom has a TV.

The home is conveniently located in walking distance to several great restaurants. We are also located within a 2.3 mile drive to two different public parks with Pickle Ball Court access. We provide three bikes, beach chairs, and a cooler. The 30 foot dock offers boaters water access to the Gulf of Mexico. We provide our guests with free high speed wifi.

Our stay at this property was truly amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed the home was. Every room felt welcoming and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time together.Our host (Ashley) was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish.The house had everything we needed — and more. The kitchen was well-stocked, the living areas were comfortable, and the space was perfect for our group. There was ample room for everyone to spread out while still enjoying time together.The pool area was fantastic — a wonderful spot to spend the day relaxing, swimming, and soaking up the sunshine.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The home is beautiful and very clean. We reached out to Ashley to ask for the heat in the pool to raised. Ashley responded in under 5 minutes and had a person come out and handle that request promptly. Overall, a great stay!

The house and accommodations were great! We had 4 couples and each couple had their own bathroom and shower. In addition, the house was big enough to have privacy, if needed. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and met all of our needs. The accessories included with the rental met all our needs whether staying at home or a day at the beach. Most important, the owners were very pleasant and responded quickly to all our questions and concerns to support a stress free vacation!! The total experience was great and we would highly recommend it to others.

Staying at this property was a wonderful experience and highly recommended. The owners communicate well and are very responsive to texts and emails. Upon arrival, I was very pleased that the actual house matched the pictures perfectly. The amenities were great incl. a very nice pool, fresh linens in every room, plenty of pool towels, nice appliances, washer & dryer, a built in grill and your very own ice machine. The home was clean and spacious w/contemporary styling. We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of room. There were TVs in all rooms with a solid lineup of channels. Overall, our experience was one that we will remember for years to come. I’m grateful we were able to make those memories at Villa Gabriella!!

This was perfect for our family trip. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor kitchen/dining area. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals during the week, and the icemaker in the garage was very convenient. Excellent stay!

Perfect vacation home

This was our first time in Cape Coral and this house was amazing! We chose it bc it has 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, but also bc the reviews on the owner were amazing. They were not wrong! Ashley was an awesome host. She had fantastic communication and was so kind to us. Everything was provided, from linens to beach towels to paper towels and laundry detergent. Absolutely stunning house and a lovely canal view. I highly recommend this house if you want a stress free vacation! Thank you so much, Ashley!

Rare find

We are always looking for places to accommodate us and our adult children for vacation. This place was perfect with 4 big bedrooms (3 kings and a queen) and 4 bathrooms. Everyone had their own space as well as wonderful common places to eat, play, swim and hang out. We loved every amenity from the pool, outdoor grilling, fishing, games, books, beach supplies, and well stocked kitchen. We appreciated all the places within walking distance and driving distance. Highly recommend Bowman’s beach in Sanibel. The neighborhood was great for morning walks. We were so pleased to learn about the burrowing owls in the are and had fun locating all the nests.

Relaxing Stay in a beautiful home

This is a wonderful home with many amenities. The four bedrooms each have their own bathroom and TV. The large living room has comfortable theater type seating and a large screen TV, perfect for family movie nights. The kitchen is well appointed with a counter top bar for casual eating. There is a large, comfortable eight person formal dining room, perfect for holiday dinners. The outdoor pool area was the best though. The dining set and outdoor kitchen are under the cover of shade and the pool was the warmest pool in a rented house that we have stayed at so far. Very comfortable temperature (89-90 degrees). Most homes we have stayed at only heat to 80-84 degrees which is a little chilly on cool days.This one was awesome. There is also a large TV on the patio, nice for catching the news with morning coffee. Ashley was very responsive when we couldn’t figure out how to work one of the remotes for the fan/light fixture. You couldn’t ask for a better host. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Ashley for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Paradise

This house and property are beautiful. The owners have thought of every need and want. Pool toys, towels, and lounge chairs. Beach chairs, coolers, and an ice machine. A large outdoor grill, bar, and eating area next to the pool. A wide dock for fishing and sun sets mark the back of the property. I love this place and that is why we return each year.

Perfect House

We traveled with 2 other couples to get out of the cold. This house was amazing. The pool and patio area were fantastic. Very peaceful even though we were only 2 blocks from main road. Communication with Ashley was first rate, she responded quickly with any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked again next year. Highly recommend.

The house was just as it was advertised. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms-each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The whole house and pool/patio was excellent for our needs. It was chilly the days we were here, but the comforts of the inside are just as nice as the outdoor areas. Ashley was very responsive to our calls or texts. We had a wonderful time, and if in the area again would try to book again.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The pictures are exactly what you get. They thought of everything to make it your home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the pool was heated, the outdoor kitchen was nice to have too. And the ice machine in the garage was a bonus. It was clean and comfortable. Having 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms was great. Ashley was pleasant and helpful when needed. We even had the pleasure of meeting her briefly and was just as nice in person. Walking distance to restaurants & bars. We hope to return this this beautiful home in the future. Highly recommended.

Amazing!

We rented Ashley's house after our original plans were changed due to hurricane damage at the resort we had booked. Ashley's house did not disappoint! The house is spotless and the amenities are amazing! The outdoor kitchen, pool, commercial ice maker and extra refrigerator made our time there even better. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was also an added bonus. We were a group of 3 couples, and none of us ever felt cramped or felt a lack of privacy if we wanted it. Communication with Ashley was great during our stay. She answered any questions very quickly. Location is great! Within walking distance to many restaurants, gas station and grocery store. You will not be disappointed! We hope to come back next time we visit the Cape Coral area.

Perfect Family Beach Vacay

Let me just start out by saying Ashley was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had in all my years of vacation rentals. She really goes above and beyond and is very sweet. My SIL and my family rented this house for our 6 day beach vacation to Sanibel. We in total had 8 people (4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids) and we had more than enough room. This house definitely matches the photos advertised in the listing; it’s super cute, clean and has a beautiful pool along with a back patio area that goes to the boat launch. It’s so quiet and peaceful; perfect place to sit and drink coffee in the mornings. We didn’t actually use the outdoor kitchen during our stay but it is a great set up. I love the location of this house; minutes away from Publix and lots of restaurants. It’s about 20-30 minutes from Sanibel Island; easy drive with great views. We had a great stay in this house and will definitely rebook if in the area again. I loved that they had beach chairs and ice chests for us to use!

Relaxing Vacation

We traveled as a party of 6 a total of 4 adults and 2 teenage kids , everything about Villa Gabriella is Amazing!!! The cleanliness of the home. The large bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms. The outdoor kitchen area and the Beautiful Pool area. The wonderful lounge area by the dock for the beautiful sunsets. We loved our stay and cannot wait to go back for another vacation

A perfect vacation!

What a great home! You will have everything you need for a perfect stay! We chose this property because the outdoor living space was everything we knew we wanted to enjoy the weather and time with our family. It did not disappoint! Not only was the pool and outside perfect, the beds were comfortable, house incredibly clean and had every amenity you could need! Can’t wait to come back! (And don’t forget to walk to the ice cream shop! It’s amazing! )
