The charming, modern and lovingly furnished “Villa Felicity” invites you to an unforgettable dream vacation on the west coast of Florida in the southeast of Cape Coral, in the yacht club area, one of the most popular locations.
The southwest orientation ensures an all-day opportunity to enjoy the sun and a wonderful sunset.
The very cozy holiday villa in Cape Coral offers 2153 square feet of living space, a light-flooded living area with an inviting open kitchen island, an elegant, generously equipped fitted kitchen with seating at the counter and an equally elegant dining area for six people as well as a modern reading corner.
For your entertainment, Villa Felicity is equipped with modern flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms, which have smart TV functions. Of course, you can expect high-speed internet and a wide range of cable TV, as well as a modern sound system in the living room with Bluetooth and home cinema functions.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room next to the double garage. Sufficient bed linen, towels, beach towels and a cool box are also available.
The elegant and tastefully furnished living area leads to the master suite with king-size bed and luxurious en-suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and double vanities. On the opposite side of the living area are 2 guest suites, each with a queen-size bed and shared bathroom with shower and vanity. The master suite and the southern guest room have direct access to the pool, whirlpool and the spacious terrace.
The large, partially covered terrace offers comfortable seating and sun loungers, as well as parasols, directly at the extra large pool with jacuzzi in the sought-after south-west orientation for romantic sunsets. Pool and jacuzzi can be heated electrically. There is also an outdoor shower and a pool bathroom with a toilet and vanity available.
A high-quality gas grill invites you to culinary barbecue evenings.
The almost floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open up a generous view of the pool and terrace and can be pushed together completely, thus combining indoor and outdoor areas. The pool area is equipped with an electronic child lock, so patio doors can be secured if necessary.
The yacht club with clubhouse, fishing pier, city beach and the well-known beach restaurant “Boathouse”, directly on the Caloosahatchee River, can be reached in a few minutes by car or boat. Here you will still find the original Florida with its original atmosphere. Also just a few minutes away you will find numerous shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants.
From the on-site, extra-wide boat dock with a romantic “tiki hut” you can reach the Caloosahatchee River and the open sea in just a few minutes, without any bridges or locks. Boat launch at the dock as well as water connection and electricity available.
Villa Felicity offers everything you could dream of for an unforgettable, dreamy and sophisticated vacation in the “Sunshine State”, including possible boat trips to the magical island world at the gates of Cape Coral, with Sanibel Island and Captiva as well as Fort Myers Beach and the associated areas Flora and fauna. With a little luck, dolphins and manatees can also be observed at the hotel's own boat dock.
Due to the bungalow design, the house can be used for strollers and wheelchair users.
For our guests at CoralVilla, individual information folders have been created for each house, which will provide you with helpful tips such as shopping markets, outlets, restaurants, sights and much more.
In Cape Coral, our property management team will take care of you. They will be ready to help you with all your problems and questions during your stay. After your arrival, they will show you around in the house. Moreover, we prepared a folder with useful information about your holiday location.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boat dock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
