Step into Unit B, your beautifully appointed retreat offering the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. Located directly on the scenic Rubican Canal with direct Gulf access, this is the ideal spot for fishing, kayaking, swimming, boating, and relaxation.

**The Space**

This modern condo is one of five vacation rentals in the building, creating a fun atmosphere where you can meet fellow travelers. Your private space has been nicely renovated and updated for 2024 to ensure a comfortable stay.

- **Bedrooms**: Unwind in two spacious bedrooms, both featuring plush king-sized beds for ultimate comfort.
- **Kitchen**: The fully equipped modern kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals or the day’s catch. It includes a Keurig coffee machine, a blender, and everything you need for a home-cooked meal.
- **Living Area**: Relax in the bright, airy living room with tranquil views of the water.
- **Outdoor Living**: Enjoy your own private lanai area, complete with a gas grill and dining seating for four.
- **Family-Friendly**: To make travel easier for families, children’s books, toys, a high chair, and a crib are available upon request.

- **Activities**: We provide kayaks and fishing poles for you to use right off the dock.
- **Convenience**: Enjoy 24-hour self-check-in via a smart lock. One assigned off-street parking spot is included, with extra guest parking spaces available.

Immerse yourself in the best of Cape Coral. The condo is ideally situated just 2 miles from the downtown entertainment district, with its vibrant restaurants and shops.

World-class beaches are a short drive away, including Yacht Club Beach (2 miles), Fort Myers Beach, and the stunning islands of Sanibel and Captiva (15-30 minutes).

Having a car is recommended for exploring the wider area and its beautiful beaches. With an included boat slip and direct Gulf access, this location is also a boater’s dream, allowing you to explore the extensive canal system and open waters.

Booked a family trip w my young adult kids. Son is now a student at local university!From the moment I booked the property, to my questions prior to arrival and throughout the entire journey…this Vrbo and owners were AWESOME!Spotless, safe, quiet, with TONS of amenities for everything from cooking/grilling your own meals, to swimming, kayaking/ paddle boarding and fishing…this PERFECT VRBO IS A MUST STAY!! We even took advantage of the opportunity for the Beach Bum Pontoon rental! Pack just your swimsuit because that’s about all you need to bring!!So well stocked and tidy…we will be back!!Kudos to this property…so well done!!If there were 100 stars to rate, it’s not enough!!

Neat and clean with all the amenities we needed. Nice location on canal and nice outdoor seating area by the pool. Comfortable and quiet location. Great for 2-4 people. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great Christmas weekend!

I picked my 16 year old grandson up that I hadn’t seen in two years and we spent the weekend together Christmas shopping and getting reacquainted. The condo was the perfect environment. We enjoyed playing cornhole, air hockey, and the board games in the house. Everything was exactly as described. The host was very accommodating and provided an early checkin for us. It’s conveniently located. I highly recommend the condo and location. I will stay again when visiting family.

Great location and perfect size

Was in town with my son for a baseball tournament… at 14 he’s 6’1 and I’m 5’11 - so we are a bit biased on size of units. Was perfect, tall showers, ceilings were a good height and roomy enough for us not to feel like we were staying hotel (which is why we booked a condo). Pool was clean and perfect temp, fishing for my son was a plus. Full kitchen with great accessories (crock pot was awesome for cooking but not heating up unit). Owner was really responsive - had some issues with other tenants not respecting privacy and quiet hours… owner lives close by and immediately stepped in (we had 5am wake un for baseball days so needed sleep). Would definitely book again if/when we are back in Cape Coral/Fort Meyers for baseball event.

Immaculate, well-equipped, comortable stay

My sister and i had such a comfortable stay at brian and darlene's place. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The condo is super clean. It has coffee and and iron. We were on a work vacation so we aporeciated how close this place was to everything we had to do. At night we had a dip in the pool and looked out over the canal. This is a wonderful place and we are so glad we found it! Thanks, Brian and Darlene!

What we expected

The post was accurate. Nice location. Clean property. Pool water was a little cloudy. Management said it was likely due to the rain but they did add some chemicals. Not all units were occupied and I would say if they were and everyone used the pool, it might get a a bit crowded.

Great stay and a perfect get away spot

We were addicted to the environment they set up there with the pool/patio area. We actually rearranged our last full day in CC so that instead of exploring we could stay poolside there. This is a wonderful set up and the pool is the perfect temperature always (and there’s no bugs because of the pool being screened in)! I wanted to give a good review because we have enjoyed it so much. We will definitely be back in the future. And the place has everything you need to feel at home! Thanks again Brian!

Beautiful Vacation Spot

This little condo was beautiful and perfect for my parents and I to stay in. The house was clean and neat and stocked with everything we needed during our stay including pool towels. The pool was clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place!

It was just my husband and me but the second bedroom was nice to have for our suitcases. The convenience of two bathrooms was nice too. The kitchen had everything you’d need to cook with. The pool was clean and felt great! The only complaints we had were the pillows, and the water pressure. Overall a great stay!!

Perfect for a family!

Super nice and very clean unit. Pool right outside patio door makes it easy for kids to enjoy pool. Even had poles we were able to use and catch some catfish. Brian was very accessible and quick to respond to any questions.

I would recommend this to everyone! It was very relaxing from comfy beds, sitting by the pool(screened), to sitting on the dock. Close to everywhere 20 minutes, Fort Myers Beach, shopping, restaurants, etc…

Beautiful getaway

The condo was beautiful! It looked like it was newly remodeled so fresh, modern and clean. We had a great time here, there was two other families there, they were so friendly. We were a bit worried about the close proximity of the condos, but it was great, if we wanted privacy we had it, If we wanted to chat with people we did that too. Definitely go to the famers market in Cape Coral, very yummy. Fort Meyers Beach is only a 30 min drive. Sunset was beautiful at the Yacht Club(a very short drive) It was so very relaxing, loved it, there was even fishing rods...could have used more frying pans and spices in the kitchen, but would stay again ....hopefully soon!

Relaxing Stay!

Great stay at Seatuit Unit D. Loved Cape Coral and our accomodations. The Unit is very comfortable and away from the hustle and bustle. Everything was clean and decorating is tasteful. Everything you need is here. Brian and Darlene were always available to assist in any way. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I stayed for a week and had a very enjoyable time. The villa was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen along with beach towels and bathroom linen. Brian was around several times during the week and was always a phone call away for any questions. Two other units had guests who were a lot of fun also. We had privacy when we wanted and company to laugh with when we wanted. The heated pool was also great and we took full advantage of it most days. Impressive place with all the amenities you will ever need

Brian and Darlene are the ultimate hosts. This is an awesome place with warm pool and right by the water. Easy access to the Cape Coral bridge and night life near by. Quiet location away from hotels! Anything you may need for the kitchen is provided for you and if not Brian will be more than happy to provide it for you if he can. Excellent place!
