Come and enjoy this vacation home in beautiful Southwest Cape Coral. Close to shopping, dining, and beaches. Bring your family, friends, or even your dog. We welcome all. Take a swim in the heated pool, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy a fire out back all within the comfort of your own home. Fenced yard and overgrown landscaping provides privacy for you during your stay.

Just a quick drive to Cape Coral Yacht Club or Cape Harbour. Ft Myers Beach or Sanibel Island is only 30 minutes away. The kids can enjoy Sunsplash waterpark or the Shell Factory. Go saltwater fishing from nearby piers or freshwater fishing in one of our canals. Take one of the boat cruises to nearby islands like Useppa, Captiva, or Cabbage Key.

Shopping is close at many different malls from upscale Coconut Point to the Edison Mall or outlet shops like Tanger or Miramar.

Our 2nd time staying at this wonderful house. As good as we remembered. Wonderful, large heated pool and hot tub. Awesome covered pool deck with large TV. The house has so much space with a huge living room, front room with air hockey table, bar, and a extra large kitchen table. It's in a quiet neighborhood and close to great restaurants. We took the easy 25 to 30 min drive to Fort Myers and Sanibe also.

My wife and I had a wonderful week long stay with our dog. House is cozy and clean, we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub in a very private, fenced in yard. Our dog loved running around in the yard. The host was always quick to respond and accommodating with our questions or requests. We would definitely rebook again..

My friends & I had an amazing long weekend!Our host, Pete was quick to reply and accommodated our early arrival. The home was clean, private, in a safe neighborhood and a great location for us to easily get to a lot of fun adventures! We enjoyed the hot tub while the sun was setting each night!

Had an issue upon arrival. Host came in person to clear everything up and was very personable while taking care of it. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and more. Stellar solution and communication. Would definitely work with this host again!

Would absolutely rebook! From the excellent communication to the coziness of the home to the great and private outdoor area, this renal was great. Everything was very clean, the AC worked wonderfully, the neighborhood was quiet. The backyard has a fire pit and chairs, as well as a decent open grass area too. Felt very comfortable and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

We had an amazing stay! The backyard was perfect for our dogs being fenced in. The master bedroom king bed was extremely comfortable. The owner was super responsive and offered an early check in! The neighborhood overall felt safe. This home was probably the cleanest we’ve stayed in.

Second visit

We have stayed at this location previously. My niece and her children live close by so this is a perfect place to meet, and relax for a few days. We were familiar with the house arrangement and host and the booking, check in and out process were again, very easy. The house hasn’t change its unique privacy and comfortable layout. Everyone had a great time including elders, kids and our dog. Will visit again!

Had a very quiet and relaxing time at this home. The pool was great! Location within an hour of lots of different places to explore. Had everything we needed at the house. Owner checked to make sure all was good and see if we had any questions. Will rent again when in the area!

Wonderful and relaxing stay!!

We came to Cape Coral for a few days to just get away and relax and we loved the house! It provided a place for us to just relax, swim and enjoy peace and quiet! We knew it would be a little bit of a drive from the airport and going places, but it was no big deal. The hosts were so kind and communicative. We would choose this house again!!

What isn’t conveyed clearly in pictures is the wonderful privacy of the lanai/back yard!! It’s also very quiet. Place is very clean well stocked and Pete responds to any inquiries very promptly. Would definitely stay again…
