This villa also offers a high chair and a pack 'n play with sheets for the little ones! The fully stocked kitchen, equipped with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, has plenty of space for preparing meals and snacks. This central hub with easy access to the living area and the outdoor lanai, makes your entertaining a breeze.

An amazing outdoor space is the WOW factor that makes this home truly special. The large heated saltwater pool takes center stage offering hours of fun and enjoyment and a refreshing escape from the Florida sun. You'll find pool floats in the dock box for added enjoyment! Surrounded by an amazing tastefully landscaped, terraced and very private backyard, this is truly a serene oasis offering ultimate relaxation. A covered gazebo with fire table is the gathering spot for happy hour where you can showcase your grill master skills. Grill up the catch of the day or succulent steaks and let the aroma fill the air and tempt your friends and family!
