The Villa Paradiso is situated in one of the finest and most exclusive residential areas in southwest Cape Coral, directly on a beautiful and wide saltwater canal with private boat dock. From here you can reach the Gulf of Mexico in about 20 minutes.
The Villa Paradiso is just a few minutes from the marinas Cape Harbour, Tarpon Point and the beautiful sandy beaches of Cape Coral and Fort Myers Beach.

Located in a beautiful neighborhood, the house features stunning views of the water from the moment you walk into the front door. It is a high quality home with attractive and comfortable furnishings. It therefore offers all the comforts for occupancy of up to 6 people.
The typical American open kitchen is equipped with every comfort (large refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.)
The large heated saltwater pool and very large terrace is ideal for swimming and relaxing.
During their stay the guests have free internet (wireless) and a navigation system is also available.

Please read prior to booking:

To help you settle in and answer any questions you may have, we will be visiting you at the house the day after check in, between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM. During this time, we will provide you with important information about the house. Based on our many years of experience, we kindly ask for your understanding that this appointment is mandatory.

Please note there is a security doorbell camera located at the front door.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License and/or State ID will be required and requested for all bookings. NO ONE under 21 years old will be allowed to book a reservation.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00.

We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, garbage bags are supplied, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.
