No heated pool

Since we were visiting in November, it was important to us to have a heated pool. Only upon arrival and after confirmation from a property manager we learned there was no heater. The property manager was to contact the owner but we never heard from anyone again on this topic. The hot tub was heated, but only fit 3 people at a time, and we had 4 in our party. Though only parking was noted as available, it is also worth noting for those considering this rental there was no garage space available.

Great house and great location

Only thing I'd say was negative was unexpected, unannounced pop in by manager (I think) and pool person. Also, ladder at the dock broke when our 50lb 8 yr old climbed down to get his little ball out of the water and got hurt on the rocks. Ultimately he was ok, thankfully. House is beautiful and in a great place as we brought jet skis so could tie them up right outside with easy access to the ocean. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Beautiful Home and View

The home was absolutely beautiful! So very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the firepit, pool and hot tub every day. Looking forward to staying there in the future!

Great vacation home.

The house was beautiful, the pictures online are accurate. We didn’t have to go anywhere the house provided everything for a great vacation. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings as it was a little chilly at night.

Very Nice!

The house is clean and nicely decorated. The lanai has doors that completely slide open to enjoy the outdoors and pool area. During the one rain storm we had, we enjoyed sitting by the fire table outside. I would suggest the mattresses be replaced sometime soon, as they are feeling a bit saggy. Also, we could not get 2 of the 4 jets in the hot tub to work. The kitchen was well stocked with spices. And some coffee and tea, but no condiments, etc. in the refrigerator. Also, no extra toilet paper or paper towels. This is probably a COVID thing, but I'm used to having a few of those items left by former occupants. All in all, it was a very nice house and a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.
