OUTSIDE
Incredible outdoor living space is the focal point of Neptune's Villa – it doesn't get much better than this! Enjoy water views from the large, screened lanai that has plenty of space for relaxation and fun. Splash and play in the heated pool that is complete with ledge loungers and a spa.

Having your very own tiki bar means that it is always happy hour at Neptune's Villa! Creating a totally tropical vibe, it includes amazing outdoor kitchen features like a gas grill, mini fridge, cooler, blender, and more. You can even watch the big game on TV!

Serving meals is a breeze with the convenient pass-through window from the kitchen as well as sliding doors. There is ample seating at the table to dine al fresco any time you please.

The canal front location can't be beat! Sit by the water and fish or take your boat out for a cruise. You have easy access to open water that leads to the stunning white sand beaches of islands like Sanibel and Captiva.

INSIDE
Bright and beachy, the roomy interior is loaded with natural light. The main living area has an open concept that is ideal for spending time with family and friends. Sink into comfy furnishings to watch TV while the chef in your group whips up a delicious dinner in the fully stocked kitchen. The dining table and seating at the breakfast bar gives everyone a place to sit when sharing meals together.

Just off the kitchen, the den adds to your living and lounging space. The wet bar is outfitted with a coffee station (Keurig and drip coffee maker) and beverage fridge so that snacks and drinks are always handy. Reclining sofas are just right for relaxing while you binge a new series or screen a new movie.

Each of the well-appointed bedrooms is designed with a good night's sleep in mind. Three of the bedrooms have comfy, Sleep Number beds. On one side of the house, you have a primary suite with a king bed and TV. Each morning, you will be greeted by views of the pool and the water beyond. On the opposite side of the house, you will find the second primary suite with a king bed and TV as well as an attached bath with a lovely tile shower. Pool views can be enjoyed from the bedroom that is furnished with a king bed and TV. The full bath across the hall is also accessible from the lanai. Perfect for the kids in your group, a bedroom with a double-over-double bunk rounds out the sleeping quarters.

LOCATION
Located in the heart of Cape Coral, favorite vacation activities are within easy reach. You can easily walk to popular restaurants and nightlife. A three-mile drive will take you to the Yacht Club Public Beach where you can swim, fish, and watch colorful sunsets. Nearby Cape Harbour offers waterfront dining options, a gallery, and unique shops. You can also rent a boat, book a fishing charter, or reserve a dolphin tour while you are there.

Keep your family entertained with a trip to Gator Mike's Family Fun Park. Experience everything from mini golf and arcade games to ziplines and go karts! Sun Splash Waterpark is another crowd pleaser that will bring a smile to everyone's faces.

Whether you travel by boat or by car, nearby beaches are truly breathtaking. Sanibel and Captiva Islands are famous for their amazing shells and abundant wildlife. Visit nearby Pine Island to take the ferry to Cayo Costa – one of the largest barrier islands in Florda. No matter what beach you visit, there are plenty of opportunities to swim, fish, and soak up the sunshine.
