Be advise there are outdoor cameras located above the garage and outside the front entrance, backyard and left side of house for pool equipments. All cameras on the property are for insurance and security purposes. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the property nor in any private/sleeping areas.

Beautiful house and stay

We have stayed 3 winters in a row. The house is well equipped with amenities. The neighborhood is quiet. The neighbors friendly. My only complaint this year was pool kept losing water.

Quiet comfort

The house was very convenient to stores. Neighborhood was quiet. The pool area was very private. We spent a lot of our time outside. Would stay here again.

Very nice and accommodating home.

Family vacation with kids, grandkids and a dog. Didn’t get to beach comb for shells & shark teeth as much as I would’ve liked (rain/storms) so the pool was great. Parasailing and manatee kayaking tour nearby kept kids occupied and they didn’t even use the air hockey or foosball tables. Lots of driving to get back & forth. A missing sock and a pair of underwear, a few minor sunburns, and failed to find a coconut… I’m still calling that a successful trip! Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay house was awesome well equipped very clean and close to ft meyers where are game where held and Vicky was an awesome host we had a little problem with the toilet and she had it fixed same day would highly recommened

Pool time

Family vacay with young children. Perfect space with pool and patio. We could choose to go to the beach half the day and play in the pool the other half. Grilling food and kitchen prep was easy and Walmart was 4 min away

Fabulous time again

This was our second winter we spent here. We stayed for 2 months. Our children and grandchildren came to visit one week. They enjoyed the pool and ice hockey game. The description of property is spot on. Amenities are abundant. The neighborhood is quiet. Neighbors very nice and friendly. Location convenient to get to many beaches and stores.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay! Very clean property, well stocked with anything you may need, quiet neighborhood and great pool area. Our kids loved the game area. Owners were very quick to respond to any inquiry we had. We have absolutely no complaints!

Relaxing family get away

We had a great time at this property. The house was clean and well stocked for example there was shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the showers. The beds were nice and firm. The pool was clean and a good size. It was nice and warm, but you can also ask them to turn off the heating feature.The fenced in yard was great for walking our dog. The neighborhood was quiet. The owners were awesome. They were so responsive and helpful. For example due to some unexpected rain, we had to reach out about algae in the pool. They showed up within an hour and treated the pool and cleaned it. We were back to swimming in no time. The area is nice with some great local restaurants. Twisted Lobster is awesome. Monarca's is great for Mexican. Gusto has authenic and fresh Italian. For a nice night out, Point 57 was delicious. We would definitely come back.

Cozy entertaining home

My extended family & I stayed at this beautiful home for a week. The cleaners do a superb job as it was spotless! There are so many things to entertain everyone & the house is close to shopping. The hosts are very responsive & kind! This house had everything & more. The pool was too hot for us (it's run on solar) & the hosts gave us step by step directions on how to turn solar heating off, which was super easy. The front & back yard felt very private. Lots of different areas to hang out. Lots of places to chill & relax. Best house we've ever stayed at!

Very nice stay and people

Our place was great! Plenty of room for the whole family! Vicki the owner was super nice and responsive! Location was great also! 30min or less to Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel and Pine Island. Also just down the street from grocery, retail and restaurants (check out the “Twisted Lobster” seafood was amazing!) we would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Cape Coral and the surrounding areas!

Could not ask for anything more

The hosts were beyond expectations. Extremely accommodating and helpful. We were struggling to get the Super Bowl on tv. They called and walked us through process so we could watch. The amenities were unbelievable. We have stayed in many VRBO, nothing compares to how equipped and stocked this rental is. The neighborhood is quiet but friendly. Walked our dog nightly and everyone was friendly. The pool is FABULOUS. Solar heated and cleaned weekly by a service provided by owners. We will be back. Nothing negative to say. LOVED our stay for 2 months.

Nice place

We stayed here the whole month of January 2023. The location is great, close to grocery shopping, restaurants, bars, liquor stores, Wal Mart, etc. The hosts Vickie and Tu are VERY accomodating! We travel a lot and I've never had hosts who were this responsive and accomodating. All basic supplies are included. Most times the first trip to the grocery store includes buying toilet paper, etc. This house was stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, etc. Everything is labeled so there is not as much guessing as to what things are for or where they are. The house was very clean and welcoming upon our arrival. The only things that I would suggest is a couple of box fans or something similar, given that it's Florida and quite humid it would have been nice to have them. And some additional light weight blankets, it gets a little chilly at night and it would have been nice to have something to wrap up while watching tv, or whatever. The furniture wasn't super comfortable, but we weren't there to hang out at the house, we were constantly on the go so it didn't make much of a difference to us. The cleanliness and efficiency made up for it. And the patio by the pool was great, we spent a lot of time gathered around the table and on the outdoor furniture. The pool is very nice although a little chilly for the month of January, but my grandkids and I had a great time regardless. Overall our experience here was great. Everything is in good working order and very clean!
