We booked a stay for 4 weeks. The first 11 days we dealt with plumbing issues (with sewage water coming up in the master shower & 2nd bathroom tub), and a water stoppage. Once those got done, it was a better experience. It was hard to know who to communicate with during these issues so ended up texting 3 or 4 people to make sure the work was being scheduled & done right away - no toilets needed to be fixed soon & water stoppage needed to be corrected soon. Also tried on several occasions to get a garage door opener so we didn’t have to go through the front door - but no definitive answer. One suggestion would be to use the code for the front door be the same for the temporary garage door remote on the side of the garage Jillian helped tremendously during initial checkin with batteries for the grill & fire table, getting the TV set up for us & new knives since the ones there were dirty & couldn’t be cleaned. Plus a few more kitchen towels. The cleanliness & new knives was important to us since I am immunocompromised. Mateo was over a few times to repair items and helped make our stay better.
