  • In 2016 this beautiful villa was built in Cape Coral.
    As soon as you enter the house, the view through the high sliding glass doors over the pool deck overwhelms the water glistening in the sun.
    To the left of the entrance there is a small office where you can read your emails in peace and quiet or make a phone call undisturbed. The large living room, which is very nicely and tastefully furnished, with the adjoining high-quality kitchen and dining room always give you a cozy feeling. These rooms are bright and flooded with light all day. On the left side of the house is the master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace. On the right side of the house you will find two guest bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of these bathrooms has access to the pool terrace so that it can also be used as a pool bath. In addition, you will of course also find an outdoor shower on the terrace.
    The fantastic pool terrace with the very large pool, the jacuzzi and the sunbed in the pool offer variety at any time of the day. Whether you are looking to cool off in the pool after a long sunbath, enjoy one of Florida's dreamy sunsets with a glass of Champagne or let the weather channel convince you on the outdoor TV that Florida is the right decision for your vacation, always again there will be unforgettable moments in Villa 1st Place, as well as a good BBQ in the evening with beautiful music from the loudspeaker system on the terrace.
    You can take beautiful boat trips to the Gulf of Mexico from your own jetty. We will be happy to help you reserve a suitable boat or kayak to explore the neighborhood from the water.

    Free Wi-Fi 200, Water and TV.
    We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dish washing liquid and some dish washing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
    The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
    We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
    If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
    For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.

One of the best kept homes we’ve stayed in! The pool/spa were also top notch! Hard to beat the canal views and gorgeous sunsets. Appreciate how well stocked the home was as well. Was perfect for our family of 5!

A Little Piece of Paradise

Our stay at this vacation rental was simply fantastic! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Great Stay for Spring Break

Beautiful house, great layout, awesome views and sunsets. The house had everything we needed. The pool is the perfect design with the spa for cooler days and nights. The lanai was damaged by the hurricane so was not in place at the time of our stay but is expected to be replaced soon. Would stay again.

Modern, clean, and fabulous view

The home was modern, clean, and had a wonderful corner canal view. The pool and hot tub look out over a wide canal intersection, with expansive views down the intersecting canal. The home had everything we were looking for, with the only exception being access to kayaks to further explore the canals.

Overall it was a great place. Just. Couple minor itwms

The kitchen/living space was great. The outdoor living space was very comfortable. However, There were weeds on lanai that could have been taken care of before we arrived. We were also unaware that we would have to purchase extra paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. Besides those things I would recommend and would stay again.

Es war unsagbar schön, es fehlte an nichts. das Haus war für unsere 2 Familien perfekt!!! Es fehlte im Haus an Nichts, die Größe der Terrasse mit den vielen Sitzgelegenheiten war super. Der Pool super!! Und die Aussicht unsagbar schön, wir haben sogar Manatees gesehen... das Haus würde ich immer weiterempfehlen!!! Obwohl wir schon so viele Jahre in Cape Coral Urlaub machen, dass war das schönste Haus!

Time Seemed to Stand Still!

This was the first vacation I’ve ever been on where I literally enjoyed and made it a point to be present in each moment! And I took my kid! (lol) I didn’t even take many pictures. This house!! The listing did it no justice. Good try though. The layout (so open), the beds, the AMENITIES…awesome. Such a home away from home feel. The pool and outdoor area is where we spent 95% of our time. Even fell asleep a few times out there. The sunsets are breathtaking! BMI were very friendly, gracious and helpful! The house was perfectly located, close to everything you would need! Ft Myers and Sanibel beaches were so beautiful! We collected so many beautiful shells. We left some shells with the others by the pool. I am honestly considering returning to this house next summer.

Great week. Super relaxing.

Totally enjoyed our week here. It started with arrival, everything was extra clean. Always nervous to what you may find. Truly impressive. You can tell immediately that the owners truly care about the property. All the little details, from a complete kitchen with everything that you need- to a sound system that sounds great, both inside and outside. The views are fantastic, right when you initially walk in you can see a huge kitchen/dining room and living room, then all the way out to the pool and water beyond. We actually spent all of our time outdoors. Breakfast and dinners were outside on the patio table. Every night we played games and cards on the table outside. The pool was the best. Our only mistake was not booking it for 2 weeks instead of 1 week. It was exactly what we were looking for - a great week and super relaxing.

Beautiful, clean and relaxing oasis!

House was beautiful and very clean. The pool overlooking the canal provided hours of entertainment for our kids and the sunsets were amazing. Very close to Publix and a reasonable drive to many beaches. House was well stocked and property management company was very attentive to any issues we had. Absolutely loved it here and would look to stay here again in the future.

Dream property!

We loved everything about this place! It was very clean, nicely decorated, with comfortable furniture. The lanai / pool area was the highlight of the property! We saw beautiful sunsets and manatees from the dock. We will be back!

House was very clean, check in process was easy the neighborhood was quite the house is beautiful. We had no issues, we definitely recommend this place. The backyard view is beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with towels and kitchen utensils. We loved the stay.

Comfortable and clean house!

Our experience was absolutely fantastic! The house is comfortable, very clean, and spacious. The king size bed has a very comfortable mattress. It is well equipped with a blender, lots of towels, coffee machine, and pots/pans (kayaks are not included). The pool is very clean. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi alot! The owner and property managers are great people to do business with. We appreciate them. We are also very thankful for our experience here! We strongly recommend it.

Immaculate rental with a dream patio view

This was the best VRBO rental we've ever had. Beautifully decorated, inside and out, with tasteful and high-quality furnishings. Spotlessly clean, all necessities provided upon arrival (including cleaning items, paper towels, TP, etc.), and a fully equipped kitchen! And I mean equipped. I didn't want for anything...griddle, crock pot, blender, Keurig AND regular coffee pot, toaster, fully stocked pots, pans, cutlery, utensils, and many tasteful plates, bowls, glasses, etc. Bathrooms were spotless, towels were plentiful, and beds were firm but high quality. The pool area is gorgeous and many floats were available, which my 2 kids liked. We also used and appreciated the many beach chairs and umbrella on-site. We loved having a garage to pull into. The water view is simply gorgeous. We rented a kayak one day and enjoyed exploring the calm waters of the canals. This house is next to a vacant lot on one side and some neighbor kids came by to fish, but they were respectful and friendly. The location is just minutes away from the main bridge in and out and 1/4 mile from restaurants and a Publix. It was about a 45 minute drive to mid-Sanibel Island. You do pay for electricity but for a summer week, our bill was about $55, which was fair considering the A/C and that we needed to heat the pool a few degrees for my little kids' enjoyment. Finally, we had to do NOTHING upon checkout except lock up! This was amazing! I'm so used to stripping beds, taking out all the trash, emptying dishwashers, even vacuuming...what a treat. Of course we did more that we probably needed to so the house was in nice order. Do not hesitate to rent from BMI. Their service is outstanding, friendly, thorough, fairly priced, and this home was impeccable. A wonderful rental.
