Summary:
Sailboat Gulf Access Home with boat lift - Western Exposure sunshine brings the sunsets into your oversized lanai area with Cathedral Ceilings and extended deck areas off the pool bringing the outside to the inside. In the Great room the extra large sliders extend all the way across the room for wide open views of your extra wide canal. Your boat dock is right outside your back door. Minutes away from the ocean. Walk, bike or boat over to Cape Harbour with Waterfront Restaurants & Entertainment!

The Space:
You are welcome to rent a boat or bring your own and keep it on the powered boat lift. The home is in a excellent and quiet neighborhood. This area is considered the best in Cape Coral.

Guest Access:
You have complete access and privacy at your home.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located near Cape Harbour. You are also close to open waters and you can go directly to Sanibel island.

Getting Around:
It’s best to have a car in the area. It’s great to know you can also go by boat and get to near by restaurants. Uber is also available.

Interaction with Guests:
I only live a few miles away and I will be available if you need me or if you have any questions.

Disappointed on water access.

I am waiting for a refund. I asked the owner before booking to ensure we would be able to bring our boat and access the area with our boat. Upon arrival it was discovered that the access was not available due to the locks being closed for several months which was not disclosed. Though the home was very nice the whole reason for booking was to be able to access the water and use the boat straight from the house. This was not as promised. After long conversations into the night the owner agreed to refund two nights which I am still waiting for.

Absolute Gem!!

We had a fantastic weekend stay! The home was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the pool—perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Wonderful stay at a Cape Coral retreat

This place has everything you need for your family and friends. A nice warm welcome, a heated pool that is timed to come on every day. A boat lift for a boat if needed, kayaks to use on a canal with great fishing. A slice of paradise nestled in a great neighborhood. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Wonderful stay!!

Our residence in Fort Myers was flooded and we needed to leave ASAP. I was able to book this place immediately. It was absolutely wonderful. It’s a truly beautiful home and the pool and location on the water added to that. The only small complaint would be the cookware. We needed to go purchase casserole dishes and a large skillet. We also hosed off the back patio, it was pretty dirty. I would stay there again and again and would recommend the place 100%
